Amazing service! The driver gave me plenty of notice that he was on his way. Was incredibly efficient when packing the van and even managed to get the job done in an hour less time that I planned for. Very friendly and professional service.

I explicitly got in contact in writing to make sure that there would be a written confirmation of my request. I informed them that my partner and I would move from different places in London and therefore we should have been driven together to our final destination. They gave us the option of "1 helper + 1 driver", which I thought - at the time - would refer to my partner and I plus driver, since that was enclosed in the request. But on the day I discovered that they had charged me for an helper I never asked for, and they couldn't drive my partner, who had to buy an Uber to get to the destination. Communication is really not their best, since when I complaint about it, they ignored what I had written and just pointed out at the fact that I had accepted the option of "1 Driver + 1 helper". Poor service.

The driver and helper arrived on time, and moved our stuff very quickly and everything were moved to the new place safely, no issues at all. We highly recommend Quick Movers.
