I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I ordered on Dec. 9 for a Christmas present. Still haven’t received it and Today Dec. 27th. Amazon refunded my money.
They send me an e-mail that the colour I ordered wasn’t available. But they directly offered me something to give me in return as a compensation. Very good customer service
Never received my items. It’s been five months since ordering on their website. I sent countless emails and tried using the online chat but was never contacted by anyone. My purchase was over $50 USD.
I would not order from this website, they don’t list the things that are out of stock, but most of it is. I’ve been waiting almost 6 weeks, half the order never arrived. It’s been very difficult to get a refund. Customer service is rude and takes a long time between emails. Just don’t do it. Not worth the frustration at all.
I ordered a pair of leggings, a sports bra and a t-shirt through the Queenieke website. I had a dispatch email on 4th July (the day after ordering) however I then subsequently received around 8/9 'shipping update emails over a weeks period which gave me no indication as to what the update was. When I clicked on the tracking it showed that the parcel hadn't even been handed over to the carrier yet.
On the 13th July, after numerous emails enquiring about my order, they emailed me saying that the leggings I ordered were out of stock and offering to send me a different colour (which I did not want). Given that I ordered these 10 days before this point I was very disappointed. I ended up asking them to refund my entire order.
It's a shame because the actual products are lovely (I have a pair of shorts that I bought through Amazon) so I would recommend only buying if the order is fulfilled by Amazon as Queenieke are very unreliable. Unfortunately they do not have the full range of stock on Amazon that is on the Queenieke website though.
