FIZZ from Quebecor Inc - Not True to Stated Word !

Quebecor Inc. / Videotron / FIZZ - SCAMMERS
Second month into FIZZ, tried to upgrade the monthly plan at original rates, as was part of their original offering...they change their rates (perhaps based on a logarithm) and will not honor original rate or even provide the picture of today's offer to me of which I missed taking a screen shot (as attached, if possible).
They now refer to really "fine print" and provide zero customer satisfaction, integrity, or ethical business practice.
ZERO thanks to FIZZ & Videotron.
