Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. E-Mails remains unanswered for days however they claim to answer within 48 hours. The live chat doesn’t work properly and shuts down with no solution offered in the end.
Update after reply: I have resend to the same e-mail address already. Hopefully I get an answer, Till them this review remains as mentioned.
