Quarrystore 

Ordered some stones, said they would arrive 2nd August, come 2nd August the date changes to 23rd August, I can reorder today a new order of the stones for the 5th August? What are you doing? No one answers the phone to explain themselves, ordered through amazon so can't get a refund as they despatched the stones immediately. This is a joke company with no customer service, don't risk it!!!

Excellent service from Quarrystore. Took a chance and tried them during lock-down, mainly because their prices were very good; I was pleasantly suprised that low prices doesn't mean low service! Very polite lady called me the very next day after placing my order to confirm it with the shipping details, it arrived bang on schedule with no errors.

Excellent experience I had with quarrystore and the customer service was outstanding. I dealt with them twice and will definitely do business with again on my next project.
I have only one thing I’d like them to fix about their website, the cart was a little bit frustrating as it will do two things:
1- Cart will not update quantity, only allows you to remove items. But to increase you will have to research the item and re-add to the cart.
2- Cart has a time out where it will start removing the firstly added items after a couple of hours. Hope they get the website fixed soon.
