Suddenly my account was locked without…
Suddenly my account was locked without any reason given , their support compliance is really slow and not releasing my money that has been stuck in the QuantFury app for already 6 days.
I really don't wish this issue to anybody using their platform, be careful with this app as they may block your account for undefined time without any reason given.

Not at all. Thousands upon thousands of Quantfurians trade and withdraw their funds each day without any issues. Quantfury compliance team sent you an email regarding your violations of certain terms and conditions, clearly explaining everything in detail. During this time, your account was not locked and you continued to trade. After you had replied with the requested information, an email was again sent to you for full transparency. You received the entirety of all your funds in your account balance.

dont use this app! its scam You can deposit money but you cannot withdraw I am not the only has this problem, I have spoken to other victims quantfury unnecessarily asked me to authenticate my KYC thats oki but they did not confirm my withdrawal although I sent all KYC information for verification BUT THEY DİDNT THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED WITH KYC INFORMATION AND WHEN I ASK THEY SAID JUST WAİT SCAMMERS!

You know best the meaning of "scam", since you and your friend came to Quantfury solely to create hundreds of accounts, attempting to fraudulently collect rewards and violate terms and conditions. Quantfury online ID verification couldn't be simpler, taking 2 minutes to complete while being a one-time requirement that's never requested again. Thus, you couldn't verify your many accounts which you created and your deposited funds were returned to you.
Be careful!!!
Nobody after 12 hours replies from the support for which they told me to report !!! They blocked the payment of MY money under the pretext of KYC verification, and I do not want to share my personal data with such a company !!!
Total blasting that the sides of the support. !!! Plus, they don't want to give me my money back

Rather than trading with unmatched conditions, you came to Quantfury with the sole purpose to create dozens of accounts yourself in an attempt to claim rewards for these accounts. Upon registration, you accepted terms and conditions to only create one account on Quantfury. Quantfury support indicated to you that Quantfury compliance sent you an email detailing your activities. Your account was closed as you couldn't provide valid documents for your account and your other dozens accounts you created. After you replied with your wallet address, your funds were returned to you. Good luck

Never trade with them !!!
Blocked me from my wining trades at the peak, requested KYC, after I provided everything, they requested new documents witch not exists in my part of the world !!!
Different people were jumping in email conversation, firs they agree to stop all my trades, then other person saying it was wrong decision, and they can not close my trades, only I can ))))) with out access to my account, unable to providing documents they requested. I was in discussion with 4 people at the same time. Like a hungry HIENAS !!!
I lost all everything, when market turned around and closed my positions.
It is circus !!!
Second - do a research on that company.
They are located in Canada but not operating in Canada and US.
When you are purchasing "names" on quantfury you are actually buying air )))))
Your funds never leave that freaking company !
Third - ask your self, how that company makes money if they do not charge any commissions and money never leave that platform. I think it is obviously - they taking money from us - and we are stupid enough to give it to them.
Look what owners are saying and who they worship - BitMEX owner Arthur Hayes, who is under investigation now.
I hope next one going to be QUANFURY !!!

Quantfury terms and conditions, that you agreed to when you registered your Quantfury account, which includes Quantfury's KYC/AML and Eligibility policy is such that Quantfury does not allow access to and/or the onboarding of United States and/or Canadian citizens and/or residents to the Quantfury service, complying with U.S and Canadian regulations. Your Quantfury account was blocked because your account was under suspicion as being accessed from a Canadian citizen and/or resident, and such that we requested extended KYC on your account as part of Quantfury's KYC/AML and Eligibility policies, which if you failed to provide or failed to pass the extended KYC requirement, your remaining funds on your Quantfury account balanace could be returned to you, but you chose to not close your Quantfury account but also not provide the remaining requested extended KYC information and documents. Quantfury does not touch user positions unless it is done for the purposes of account closure, which you specifically did not request, even though you still refused to provide the remaining requested KYC information and documents, in order to verify that you are indeed not a Canadian citizen and/or resident. In any case, you could have requested your account to be closed, and your funds to be returned to you, but you ignored and refused that option.
Regarding your other comments about Quantfury:
Dozens and dozens of thousands of Quantfury users have funded and withdrawn funds from their Quantfury account balance, since Quantfury's inception 2 years ago, with zero problems, as you can easily check and verify accross social media. You don't need to ask how Quantfury makes money, as it is clearly stated in Quantfury user guide and white paper summary, here:

Quantfury worships no one, and Quantfury is the the complete opposite of BitMEX. it doesnt serve USA and/or Canadian citizens and residents, and doesn't allow them to onboard, complying with USA and Canadian regulations. And with respect to trading crypto "derivatives" on BitMEX where you trade using synthetic prices, not real-time crypto exchange prices, and get charged fees and commisions. Meanwhile, on Quantfury, you trade using real-time exchange prices for the relevant asset you are trading, with zero fees or commissions, and in the case of trading crypto pairs on Quantfury app, you do so using real-time Binance exchange prices, and the respective Binance order book for each of those crypto pairs, with zero fees or commissions.
The Best Broker i ever used
One of the best brokers i ever used. They have 0% fees, and they don't require for any KYC for starting. They allow you to trade with stocks and with crypto in a single platform.
Easy to use, and very honest app. I will absolutely keep using it. I will really recommend this platform to anyone that likes to scalp. Their support is fast, and CEO is quite active on social media platforms.
They allow you to buy and also to go against the coin. This project has many potential, i hope it keeps on the way.

Staffs are friendly enough.
They would eventually ask you for KYC ( like any other exchange) so be ready for that.

Quantfury KYC/AML policy in Quantfury terms and conditions, that you agreed to when you registered your Quantfury account, states that Quantfury reserves the right to request additional information from Quantfury users pursuant to the Quantfury's KYC/AML program, which includes, but not limited to, requiring you to show a photograph of yourself, with a piece of paper with handwritten confirmation and today's date - a common KYC/AML practice. We regret this common practice caused you the discomfort, you mentioned.
