I purchased my first Suzuki Jimny (with upgrades installed) from Quality Autos and the experience from start to end was nothing short of outstanding.
From the first email enquiry I sent regarding the car I was interested in, Nasheed and Sameer replied straight back and followed up with a phone call to see if I had any other queries or if I'd like to book a viewing and test drive - which I did.
From then on it was smooth sailing, from coffee and tea offer on arrival and the vehicle all prepped to test drive.
Once I test drove the car I had a look at some of the other Jimny's they had there on site, and not once did I feel pressured to make a decision then and there and the whole process after that was as good as the initial bit - all very informative and with quick response times over email, which was important to me.
I ended up requesting a Jimny import and asked for upgrades and additions to the vehicle, like roof rack, side steps, ladder, entertainment system and it was all installed by the Quality Auto team effectively and for a price I was happy with.
Even after this, Nasheed and Sameer helped with Insurance and Road tax for the vehicle and I walked away a happy customer with excellent service from the team at Quality Autos.

I purchased a toyota alphard from these guys in april and the whole process was very pleasant..Arv and Sam were very nice respectful people and the vehicle was excellent..the owner seemed a nice gentleman..reccomended.

I purchased a 2007 Toyota Alphard from Quality Autos a few weeks ago and am very happy with my purchase.

Sam was the gentleman I primarily dealt with. He took me to various sites to look at all the various alphard options, he also took me on a test drive and completed the purchase with me.

Hafeez the owner was true to his word when offering a discount.

Afzal the mechanic was very competent and made sure the car was in good working order before I left.

Faizal was also helpful in installing a new battery in the car.

I have returned to their dealership to get some extras fitted in the car such as cruise control. I'm happy with my purchase and feel I was dealt with fairly and honestly.

I had to get a reliable people carrier for my business and after doing some research came across the very popular Toyota Alphard. I did some research about dealerships nearby that had this imported vehicle in stock and came across Quality Auto Select in Rainham. I was a bit apprehensive as it was my first potential purchase of an imported vehicle. The sales team at QAS was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. They set my mind at ease about my selected vehicle and the process of purchasing an imported vehicle. Arv and his team kept me updated every step of the way. My vehicle was serviced, valet and I was able to collect it the following weekend. I love my Alphard and would recommend Quality Auto Select to anyone who is interested in purchasing imported cars, as I had the best experience. I look forward to continuing my relationship with them and will be returning to get my vehicle serviced by the dealership in the future.
