Tardy refunds process
I placed an order for a product online which the company notified me the following day, had been discontinued.
But they had no delay taking payment from my credit card.
A week then goes by when I checked my credit card to ensure the refund had been processed, to find it had not.
I then had to chase the company to get the refund processed. It should have been done as a matter of course. Should not need the customer to chase.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Bath arrived chipped so I refused delivery. Asked for a refund as it was going to take.a week to get a new one. No refund. They told me to be patient. A new bath just tried to be delivered when I have chased this 3 times. It's a joke. Then shower screen has come with out fixing kit and a week after requesting it I still don't have a replacement. Zero faith in this company and customer service is appalling. If you call them you can talk to them and they still ask you to email!!!! No idea how they are still in business.
