Basically it’s a decent electric bicycle. The price is good. But the quality is not so great. No matter how much I tighten the mirrors or the phone holder they constantly move around. The seat always slides down and the quick lock can’t keep it in place. The kick stand is also pretty weak and bends so that sometimes the bike falls over. The ride is good and the power is enough. However the range is not what it’s stated. Even with lots of peddling I doubt I’d ever get over 40 miles range.

Responsiveness of customer support and quality bike.

This trike has given me such freedom. I no longer drive because of neurological issues causing my eyes to spasms shut so it is not safe to have me driving. Love the fat tires because they easily travel over any condition. I had a regular trike bike before but it was not even in the same ballgame. So much better.

I bought my trike during a sale and received bonus gifts that have added to my riding experience nicely. The bike was shipped and arrived on time.
I have enjoyed riding and many people have stopped me to compliment on the bike. Qronge created a beautiful, well- made trike.

Bike ride very well , and I can get round very easily

Qronge's customer service is great. I had questions before my purchase and after my purchase. They were very timely in answering all questions. The bikes are excellent. We also got a lot of extras for the bikes too. We are very happy with both of our bikes.

I love my bike, I am 75 years old and the wind and warm temperatures can’t keep me from biking and getting the exercise I want.

The bikes are great. Ride the bikes 100 miles with no problems. Real enjoy the bikes they are fun to ride. The only thing that was a problem was I had to text Qronge to see why my order was not started. The order sat there for a week. After the text my order started. Then sat at Fedx for 5 days. With 2 day shipping.

Although the bike I purchased is on its way, customer support has been great. When my $50 promo discount did not show at the time of payment. Qronge offered some of their products or a credit to my card. I hope the bike is as good as their customer service.

The site was easy to use and they had a good Mother's Day sale. After we placed the order it was less than a week and the bike was delivered. The manual and online directions were easy to follow to put the bike together. My wife likes the weight of the bike. We got it because she said the fat tire ebike she had was too heavy and hard to handle. She says this bike seat is really comfy and the bike handles well. It seems to be well built and solid. We think it was a really good deal and value.
