QR code setup very simple

QR code setup very simple. I sent one question thru the contact email and they responded within an hour or so! My question was answered quickly! They even checked after the fact, to see that I was doing fine in the process....great customer service!!

Prompt Customer Support

I was very impressed with the response time regarding an issue I had. Within minutes I received an email from the support team with a resolution to my problem! Now that is what I call "Exceptional Customer Support"!

It was easy to setup our first QR…

It was easy to setup our first QR codes. One thing they could changed is by adding a message when it is drawing near your renewal time (you get an email 5 days before your renewal) and you attempt to renew you cannot. Apparently you cannot do a renewal unless it is two days or less from your annual membership expiration date. It would be especially helpful if you were given a message that tells you that instead of being left there wondering why you cant renew. I'm a former IT professional and that is how i would have coded the program that runs their website. Other than that this is our thrid year with QR Tiger and we are satisfied customers.
