Best sound quality that I've experienced. Large collection of music. Easy access to listen. Downloading is not hard. Availability of formats for downloading is extensive. I understand that the expense to download is so that the artists are paid for their products.

Music sounds great. Qobuz Connect is a little finicky with the music freezing after a song and sometimes difficult to get it to connect to my 2 different brand streamers. Recommendations for music are terrible, not even close to what I listen to but the similar artists listed after an album are okay.

I love everything from the layout to ease of use, sound quality, pricing, but most of all the amazing selection!

While Qobuz has a wide selection of great quality music their apps are absolute garbage and their support is slow and largely unhelpful. I was with them for three years before finally giving up on waiting for improvements and went elsewhere.

the app works great. i like the features for making playlists. audio quality is fantastic. dark mode is a big plus. keep up the good work!

Music by humans for humans. Quality-first approach, human-curated content (bios, playlists, featured releases), not just promoting mainstream artists, constant discovery of new interesting music from outside of my sphere of experience. Love it.

There's a lot of promise with Qobuz.

The Magazine and New Releases section are great ways to find new content in all genres. One of the biggest selling points with moving away from Spotify was that New Releases wouldn't always default to top 100 artists. I'm not constantly being fed Taylor Swift when using Qobuz.

I find myself reading the descriptions on album and artists page, which help build a personal relationship with the music/artist that I'm listening to.

As for downsides...I think that there are some compatibility issues when using Qobuz with CarPlay or Android Auto. This has been a pain point for people that I've recommended Qobuz to and has, unfortunately, been a deal breaker. Improvements in this area will surely bring in more users.

Personally, some of my favorite artists are missing their most notable work. It's not obvious to me where I can report missing selection (and I'm sure this is the case for other users as well).

Overall, I'm happy with the service provided. I'll stick with Qobuz as long as there is support for music journalism, opportunity to advertise lesser-known artists/genres, a fair payout to artists, affordable options for users, and socially responsible use of earnings.

Best service to use with Volumio streamers. Huge catalog. Great sound. Cool music discovery features. Continuation of play is nice.

I left Amazon Unlimited due to they
disregarded the tracks that I selected and played what they thought I would like. The audio quality is noticeable which I appreciate. I had some problems initially with tracks breaking up and almost dumped the app. I checked on Google for a reason and discovered the app uses a huge amount of cache. Clearing this regularly seems to have solved the problem. At the moment, I think Quobuz is brilliant.

Selection is great and I really love that there are artists on here (e.g. Joanna Newsom) who aren't on the mainstream platforms. I'm delighted by the quality of the files, and I'm so happy to be paying Spotify prices while knowing that a bigger portion of my money will go to the artists I'm streaming rather than tech CEOs.

My only beef is that sometimes playback is clunky, especially when there should be seamless continuity from track to track. For example, on hip hop albums where a skit should flow seamlessly into the next song, that's not always the case, and often there's a moment of latency that disrupts the listening experience. Once this gets fixed, I'll be a diehard. (as long as they remain the leader in artist compensation)

My free trial subscription began on 29th March and i cancelled it on 29th April 2926. I cancelled my subscription because Xandrie / Qobuz has taken £13.31 from my PayPal account (transaction 6HE205479L787890B) 2 days before the due date of 1st May 2026. This is very bad business practice. I have asked Xandrie to arrange to refund this money immediately. They have not responded ar all. This is the primary reason that I am not continuing with Qobuz. I recommend that you avoid Qobuz.

I did as advised by Qobuz and I have had zero response so far. Not even an acknowledgement.

I asked for a refund almost a month ago because they rushed to charge me after my trial expired and before i could make my planning, because I wanted to switch from a solo to a family subscription but now I will DEFINITELY not going to use them ever again.
There is no way of getting any customer service from them, no contact whatsoever. Wrote a review here, they replied with an email that I could write to, did that and it's been 2 weeks without a reply.... horrendous. Will take the family plan somewhere else.

High resolution, easy access, constant updates of new recordings (!!!) and recommendations, anything I search in your catalogue, curated catalogue, excellent listening experience

No service. Charged 2x the amount and no reply via chat hotline nor email. Still waiting…

Had an issue that needed to be resolved, Nancy and Clara did just that. QOBUZ offers the best sound quality among online platforms. QOBUZ has a small team, and responses take a few hours, which is why the price is reasonable. It's a bit frustrating to wait, but once I get a response, the issue is resolved. Thank you for the quality and for some genuinely nice folk who helped make the journey enjoyable. Peace
