I feel like the website is a little hard to understand but every time I call they are helpful and patient.

The questions were definitive and precise.

Fairly easy process however would be nice to have a call to walk through list of questions, especially for people not so business savvy. I also don’t understand why they indicate in email that it would take additional 3-5 months for plan administrators to process

The on line process continued to send an error each time I tried to pay. I called support and they could not understand why that happened on several occasions as well. I also send a chat message.
Christine is amazing and very customer service. I got through the process with her help!

Simple and affordable with great support when needed

My divorce has been a 3 year ongoing disaster! Thankfully, Christine and QDRO desk were the blessing I needed! We are still in review with the plan administrator but the process of preparing the draft was easy and couldn't have been quicker! Highly recommend if you are in need of these services!
