My order was shipped 12 days ago, and I still have not received it

I placed my order on 5/14/25 am. and received my order on 5/15/25 around 5:00 pm. “GREAT” the spinner targets I ordered was a bit smaller than I figured but seem to be of good quality. The Benjamin pellets (buy 3 get 1 free is a great deal

Easy website to navigate. Lots of selection.

The air rifle works really well. It's a simple and easy to use. I like the fact that it has a scope rail for use with a scope. Maybe to be added at a later date. The only negative was the instruction manual; it didn't completely follow the diagrams in the booklet. My experience with your company was very good.

Good communication, fast shipping, good product.

First of all I have to tell you that I am in Canada, and was contemplating the purchase of a specific Air hand gun. Bad luck: Out of stock with all canadian suppliers. I found it with Pyramyd Air and a couple of other US retailers. None was willing to ship to Canada for the overcomplicated Canadian customs and laws. And on most canadian forums, people were advising against importing from the states because of these laws.
Fortunately Pyramyd Air would ship to Canada (Policy, limited to certain items of their inventory). Moreover their price was about 15% lower than the other retailers.
So I hesitantly placed an order.
In addition to the shipping fee, there were handling fees, which turned out to be in fact none else than the canadian customs duties and taxes.
Customer support was outstanding throughout, reassuring me that the item could be shipped, and that they would take care of everything till I receive the item.
And indeed, despite all the difficulties, incompetencies and mistakes that I encountered with that " 3 letter" carrying company, which also generally charges huge customs brokerage fees, Pyramyd Air staff stood by their promise and intervened immediately when I contacted them to solve and smooth out the problems.
After a few other mistakes of the carrier, I finally received the item well packed and as described, with no additional cost to me but what I had to pay when placing my order.
What else can one want?
I can not recommend enough this company and its staff and can not thank enough for their sales and customer support personnel (I will not give names, but they will recognize themselves) for their prompt and helpful responses and actions.
