Advertising is false. Bought the March box which had been all over their social media as a cute shorts doughnut set. I received a full length trouser with a design I hated. In the box was a note that... See more

I purchased the "Christmas Box" for £39 advertised as being worth over £150 on instagram. I was very disappointed when I received the box, which was just a plain white box no gift wrap or christmas related packaging. You could buy the pjs on Amazon for £19, facemasks £1.55 on Amazon, Malteasers £1, slipper and hot water bottle £10 or less, so in total cost no more than £32 to put together probably cheaper than that with bulk buying. So as the previous review states you would get more for your money in Primark! I requested to return the item for a refund. No apology just "Please return item so we can donate to homeless shelter" I returned the item signed for. Despite messages to this company I had no response so had to open a case with PayPal for them to help. I have now received my refund. I will not purchase from this company again.

ordered the Christmas box for £39.99 - the pyjamas were very poor quality, something a child would wear and the slippers where like something you would get in a cheap hotel, as for the hot water bottle, quality again very poor. I would have been better buying them from Primark and making up a box myself. I will not be using them again.

Customer Service is completely absent beware.
Ordered two sets of pyjamas for Christmas gifts. Only received one, I have tried to contact them, no telephone number, and a really snotty message on their instagram account saying they will answer questions in date order and that sending more than one email will simply push you down the list.
