How this company uses Trustpilot
See how their reviews and ratings are sourced, scored, and moderated.
I accidently saw PVACreator's Trustpilot rating and was honestly a bit surprised. While it's far from a perfect piece of software, it certainly doesn't deserve to be dragged that low. I purchased the full license back in 2024 and have been using it for nearly two years. Here's an objective, no-nonsense perspective from an actual user.
1. Expectation Management: Don't Expect a $200 Tool to Do a $2000 Job
If you purchased the entry-level license and expect a single machine to churn out thousands of accounts daily, that's just not realistic. The ceiling of this kind of automation tool isn't just about the code; it's heavily dependent on your local resources—computer specs, clean proxy pools, and how many devices you can run simultaneously. Based on my own actual usage, a stable output of a few hundred accounts per day per pc is a much more practical expectation. Scaling up requires stacking resources. That's physics, not fraud.
2. For beginners: This Isn't an Idle Mobile Game
PVACreator is definitely not a "set-it-and-forget-it" tool. It requires time to understand the configuration and make the best of anti-detection environment. If you're completely unwilling to learn, have no patience for documentation, or expect a literal one-click solution, this might not be for you. However, if you're willing to invest an afternoon learning, the efficiency gains are very real.
3. The Truth About "Downtime": Frequent Update is the Real Value
This is crucial. Every web automation tool shares the same Achilles' heel: It works flawlessly until the target website updates its code. Over the past two years, I've lived through major updates to Outlook and Gmail that completely paralyzed nearly every other tool on the market. PVACreator did stop working for about 10 days (yes, I was stressed too), but it was the first among its competitors to roll out a fix and come back online.
What I'm really paying for here is the development team's long-term maintenance capability and response time. I've maintained decent communication with their tech support, which is precisely why my license pay off.
4. Regarding the Extreme Negative Reviews
While browsing Trustpilot, I noticed something off. Legitimate negative reviews usually mention specific technical errors, like "Stuck on Step 3 under Win11." However, some of the 1-star reviews for PVACreator are pure emotional outbursts fixated on things like "They pretend to be white" or "They're in Hong Kong, therefore scam." Honestly, when a review avoids all technical detail and leans entirely on xenophobic attacks, it makes me question the motive. We pay for productivity, not for a dating service. Where the dev team is located or what they look like has absolutely zero relevance to whether the software functions.
Summary:
If I had to score it, my strict requirements for uptime would make me give it a 3.7 out of 5 (points deducted mainly for the anxiety during update lag). But overall, it is a usable tool with long-term maintenance. The catch is that you need patience and a willingness to keep learning—this tech industry shifts fast, and using these tools effectively requires some background knowledge.
Practical Advice for Prospective Buyers:
Stick to the Official Channel. Avoid Second-Hand Licenses. Only a direct purchase from the official website guarantees full technical support. Second-hand licenses might seem cheaper, but without direct access to official support when a site updates or a config breaks, the software becomes useless.
Maintain Good Communication with Support. One of the hidden benefits of a legitimate license is access to the team's frontline knowledge. Keeping a good rapport with them ensures you get timely updates on target website changes, which significantly boosts your success rate.
Assess Your Actual Needs First. Don't get hypnotized by screenshots of massive account creation numbers. Ask yourself three questions: Is my hardware robust enough? Do I have access to clean proxy IPs? Am I willing to spend a weekend testing the settings? If the answer is no, keep watching. If yes, this tool's framework can genuinely slash your manual labor costs.
Manage Expectations and Be Patient. Accept that occasional downtime due to third-party website changes is an industry norm, not a PVACreator exclusive flaw. The difference between a legit project and a fly-by-night scam is this: The scammers disappear, the real teams burn the midnight oil to fix it. As long as the updates keep coming, your license holds its value. Keep a steady mindset when using tools like this.
Althgou it bypass gmail qr code verification, but it is doesn't work as ads. I can only create dozens of accounts, not hundreds per hour! not fast as I expect, give me refund!!!!
I don't recomemed it to newbie , althought it works, becuase it is a bit of complex, I spent almost 5 hours to make it work: (And it is not cheap)
These are pure scammers, it's good that I didn't buy a full package from them that costs $1500 and bought it for only $217 and it was a yahoo generator. The product does not work, it's all a scam and does not give any result, just a waste of time and money. These freaks respond for weeks and their answer doesn't give any result. The creature in the telegram with the nickname @pvacreatorsell as soon as you talk about the money stops responding. In short, it's a shitty project that doesn't work and it's ordinary scammers.

I bought PVACreator and it simply didn’t work. Not “a little buggy” it did not do what they advertise at all. I contacted support immediately and asked for a refund because the product was unusable. They refused.
Instead of refunding, they just kept dragging the conversation and pushing excuses. No real solution, no accountability, and definitely no refund even though the tool never worked. That’s the part that makes this feel like a scam: once they have your money, they don’t care.
If you’re thinking about buying PVACreator, don’t. Save your money and avoid the stress. I regret purchasing it and I’m posting this here so other people don’t get trapped like I did.

The price is exorbitant and the accounts get closed quickly. I bought the Deluxe Version for 699 dollars and I swear I haven't benefited from even a single account.
For example, I purchased the Deluxe Version, which includes Facebook, Gmail, etc., but the good methods like Facebook 2FA (two-factor authentication) and Gmail remove phone require an upgrade which is not included in the Deluxe Version.
It's a failed software, and to avoid account closures, you are forced to use a proxy IP, which costs 5 dollars each.
So, to open 100 accounts, you have to spend an extra 500 dollars (on top of the software price).

It's powerful tool but needs better documentation and more responsive support. For a beginner, expect a steep learning curve. Not bad overall.

PVACreator can work, but it's not plug-and-play. I had some trouble at the beginning - accounts kept getting flagged, and setup was confusing. After a lot of trial and error, I managed to get better results.

I purchased the one-year license from pva browser on the condition that it automatically enters accounts in a safe and protected manner
It does not import accounts and passwords, it only brings the proxy and there is no automatic login as I had to enter the accounts and log in to them manually, and most of the accounts were blocked after they were opened on it, except for the problems of the proxy with the user name and password, and the client agent who It indicates that the browser is not secure

This software doesn't work. They are scammers, the software is not like youtube, i bought it 4 months ago but can't create an account Their support asked to buy another of thieir software to make that work. That's additional 150 usd. This has happened to many. Their website says that if the product doesn't work they would issue a refund. The support refused to issue a refund. Scammers! These guys are total scammers. They sell accounts and the sell the pvacreator. They just sold me 50 accounts and we're trying to get me to buy more which I was about to because I need a lot more. But I wanted to test these to make sure they work. Thank God I got delayed because I had to work a lot and didn't get around to testing them because once I tried to log into the accounts Google told me the password was changed 5 days ago, which means they went in and charged the password and stole the accounts they sold me back. They were trying to get me to test the accounts real fast so I would buy more which they would have just stole back also. Total scammers do not trust these guys
