Finding Craghoppers trousers in a long length is usually impossible, but Purple Turtle had exactly what I needed — and delivered it brilliantly. The website was easy to use, checkout was smooth, and the delivery was incredibly speedy.

The trousers arrived perfectly packaged, exactly as described, with a spot-on fit and true long length. The quality is excellent, and it’s such a relief to buy from a site that genuinely caters for longer legs without compromise.

I bought two pairs of walking trousers which were very competitively priced and arrived in perfect condition within 48 hours, as promised. I needed to return one of the items and my credit card was refunded on the same day that Purple Turtle received the item. Perfect.

Items came quickly, they were exactly what I ordered and fit great, good price too.

Terrible. My order was inexpensive but both compasses had bubbles in them rendering them useless. No point to return as it would be too much trouble for the low cost item.

Great product which arrived in immaculate packaging which is 100% paper based and therefore either reusable or recyclable.

Great ethos behind this company - would make an excellent gift!

What a pleasure doing business with this company. My friend absolutely fell in love with her propagation station and whilst I made a mistake on the delivery address, Jason could not have been more helpful and kind. So refreshing to have such a pleasant transaction! Highly recommend

After seeing bad reviews about this website I thought it might be a gamble to place an order with them. However this was not my experience. I was very happy with the service. Ordered a pair of zip off walking trouser. They were shipped very quickly. I received in two working days. Trousers as described. Really happy. Thank you.

Ordered for 48 hour delivery. It’s over 2 weeks later and nothing. Asked if they had a tracking number for Royal Mail but no reply. Now too late for our holiday and I had to buy everything from elsewhere.

Absolutely awful customer service. Stay well clear of this company and go elsewhere.
Ordered at 1414 for a 1430 cutoff for next day delivery. Got email confirming order etc at this time. No delivery arrived so I called them and they just packed it that day and it will arrive the following day despite me paying the 6.95 for next day delivery. I asked for refund of the postage in this case which would be the correct thing to do but they refused and said it it based on when they receive the order. I said well I got an email from you at 1414 confirming the order.
Still they refused to refund the postage. Absolute crooks!!! Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company!!!

Poor quality/fit gilet, poor returns by the time you have finished, you will have paid postage out and return, so money returned is about 50%.
Look for better places online especially the companies returns policy.
Will not use again.

Ordered a Craghoppers top online in my usual size. The fit was way off. I couldn't even get my arms in! Without even putting it on the whole way i repackaged and returned. I was surprised to have to pay postage, very disappointing.
I received a shocking email a few days later to say the top had marks on and wouldnt be accepted as a return. After some back and forth they did not budge and returned the useless top to me. There was a powdery white mark on it, I guess from the packaging which brushed off with no effort.
The two most essential elements of online clothing sales: Correct, consistent sizing and free, easy returns. Failed on both fronts. Short sighted customer services spent time responding, money on postage and lost a customer who buys a lot of outdoor stuff instead of doing a small refund. I won't be using again and risk wasting more money and would not recommend.

Great company to deal with , excellent choice of goods, speedy delivery and the best bit is I always geta personal written note at the bottom of every invoice. Very nice touch!

I have used this company a few times for natural insect patches. The web site is good and the service is excellent. Delivery is very quick. Wide range if goods for travel and outdoor pursuits. Highly recommended, worth checking out.

I was looking for a specific waterproof jacket and found it here cheaper than anywhere else, shipping was really fast and a returns note was included in the packet. It didn't show up very high on the google search but beat the competition hands down.
