I had a question about sizing before ordering and received and a helpful response from customer support. Based on their advice, I ordered the size recommended and it fit perfectly. The shirt quality was excellent too. Great customer service.

It has been 7days,when I order items for my grandson.still waiting, no update,or check tracking.

First order placed on 14/5. Websites states that processesing takes 5days, however this order took twice that time. I emailed on the 22/5 and on the 25/5. I finally got a response on the 31/1 with tracking details. Order finally arrives on the 8/6. The shirts were decent quality and I put lateness down to the busy world cup, so I placed another order.
This order was placed on the 9/6. The date is now 9/7 and no order! No tracking! I received an email on the 20/6 to say my order was on the way but had no tracking information. They since emailed to say the order had been delivered which it has not!! I continue to email but no response to my emails. They took my money, no shirt and no contact! Very disappointed and doubt i will use again. Believed this would be a good site to use to combat high shirt prices as I have 8 children, however not sure if I can trust with a larger order

I don't normally leave reviews, but i felt this one was deserved. The shirt quality was excellent and looked just like the pictures online. The ordering process was simple and there were no issues from start to finish. Very satisfied.

I was quite sceptical before ordering because there are so many football shirt websites online these days. I decided to take a chance after reading some reviews. I'm glad I did. The shirt arrived exactly as described and the quality was far better than I expected. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

I ordered an Arsenal away shirt with saka on the back. Delivery took a little longer than I originally expected, but once the shirt arrived I could see why so many people recommend the site. The quality was excellent and the printing looked fantastic. Worth the wait.

i ordered a top from this company i have yet to receive any tracking details after 2 weeks yet they say it is on its way, i tried to speak to online agent for over 2 hours but it kept timing out, every 5 mins i repeated the operation with the same result no agent available, i tried to send e mail from my own email account it will not send i am disgusted that they have failed to respond to email i sent from their contact us page they do not want to talk to me in any way or form, yet took my money from account very quick would never use this company again they are shocking no customer service impossible to contact very poor service

Got scammed. No tracking information, no order confirmation and the support just keeps telling me it’s in progress. Avoid!

I don’t think these guys are real. Ordered a jersey 15 days ago and still no tracking information or information about my order.
Emailed the so called 24/7 support, had a reply that is in progress but after 5 days still no update. Scammers. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I ordered a Liverpool shirt on 1st August, and as of 15th November, I’m still waiting for it to make its long-awaited debut. At this point, I doubt it will evwr arrive.

Five weeks after ordering, I emailed the company and was told it was “on its way.”
It wasn’t.

I later left a negative review here, and suddenly they were very responsive, asking me to remove it and assuring me I’d “put the wrong address” but that they’d kindly resend it “as a gesture of goodwill.”
Very noble.
Very pointless.
Still nothing arrived.

Every time I chased, I got another “it’s been dispatched” message but never once a tracking number that worked, or any sign of an actual parcel. The highlight was when they emailed me to say they were “glad to see it had been delivered.”
News to me.
I certainly didn't receive it.

They then promised to send yet another replacement.
To absolutely nobody's surprise… nothing arrived. Again.

It’s now been three and a half months, several rounds of déjà-vu emails, and not a single shirt in sight. This service has been worse than Liverpool's run of form since I ordered the top.

In my opinion, this has all the hallmarks of a scam - lots of polite emails, zero actual products. Save your money, save your sanity, and get your kit somewhere reputable.

If my shirt ever does turn up, I’ll happily update this review.
But I won’t be holding my breath.
