Does anyone know where we can find Lisa?? Best beautician in the game .. I’m ugly without her : )

I have always had such a great service ordering online with Pura but sadly my order of products on 3rd August has not been honoured (£36). I received emails up until 27th August assuring me of delivery within the week or I could have opted for a refund, I trusted and waited. No products or refund. Such a shame.

Seems like an end of an era.

FYI for anyone who is thinking about ordering from Pura that I walked by the shop in Wanstead London today and the shop seems to have have been shut down. Sign posted on door says it was closed August 13th by a company that Pura Salon owes thousands of pounds to. Might be wise not to purchase from these guys right now, as it looks like the salon's gone bankrupt.

I ordered on the 11th August still waiting ! Trying to get hold of someone is a nightmare I’m about to give them a mouthful on Facebook. Snail post. Don’t bother ordering.

I had a shellac manicure in preparation for my wedding. Alanya in the Wanstead salon assisted me and she was lovely and friendly. I had never had a shellac manicure before and had a few questions which she patiently answered. The result was beautiful and I would definitely recommend this salon. I hope to visit again after my honeymoon.

Ordered a dermalogica product on June 10th. Contacted them on 28th June to be told it was on back order. Still haven't received it on July 16th. Hmmmmmm?????!!!!

I have already wrote a review for Pura and they responded to your website apologising for goods not received and I should contact them
Unbelievable I have email 4 times now even contacted their salon email address I’ve tried phoning 3 times still nothing
How do I take this further can anyone advise
It’s despicable to thing that what I can only think is a fake website should be shut down It has cost me £50 which I need refunding one way or another
I will not give up until full refund is given

Terrible made an order back in January which took 3 weeks to arrive thought it was just this product that was out of stock so gave them another chance and after waiting another 3 weeks for the second order and heard no response as where it is I managed to get through on the second day of phoning and got a refund which was thankfully in my bank a couple of days later

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ive signed up to trustpilot just to write this review. I ordered the Jane Iredale Glowtime BB cream from them. I have been using this foundation for the past 2-3 years. I normally get from Jane Iredale but I found it cheaper here. The product is completely different. Definitely fake. Does not cover well, seems very watered down, has a completely different smell!! I would like my money back but I doubt that will happen so what im going to do is contact Jane Iredale themselves and send them the product I have been sold. I no for a fact this is not the right product even the packaging it came in, although very similar, was slightly different. I did a training course with environ and Jane iredale so I no the products very well and I will be informing them of your scam. Ive seem other similar reviews and they have said u can confirm with the company that they are legit stockists but even if they are stocking there products they a\re 100% tampering with them. If u wish to order anything I suggest just going to the actual suppliers rather than these rip off sites. HAte this because its an amazing product and if u didn't no u would think it was crap. Ruins the reputation of good brands! THIEVING SCUM

I have also ordered products over 2 weeks ago. An email got a response saying they would be sent in a day or two but that was over a week ago. No one will answer the phone. I am wondering if this company is a scam. Does anyone know if the salon even exists?

Absolutely despicable service, I have ordered a product over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. They do not respond to emails. DO NOT TRUST THIS SALON

Excellent very friendly salon, got a back shoulder neck massage it was so relaxing, the lovely lady sher is very friendly. Will definitely visit pura again.

As a returning male customer after some 2 years (busy I guess), I went in the shop earlier in the week for a manicure and pedicure.

The technician and the lady on the counter where very friendly, polite and courteous and I found Pura to be very professional beauty salon & more importantly warm and friendly - after all this is a face to face service and one wants to feel good.
