My First and Last experience with Punktid
This is my first time using this website to purchase a key. It's been almost 24 hours since I placed my order and I still haven't received my product key or any updates. The only positive thing is that the customer service was really great and I got my refund without any issues.

We had placed a manual order with our seller after there were issues with the automatic one, but unfortunately that order got rejected due to insufficient stock. Sony has changed how PSN Plus subscriptions work and limited their availability. In June 2022, they revamped PSN Plus into 3 tiers: Essential, Extra and Premium.
Since the old ones haven't been distributed in a long time, we sold out on our stuck a while ago and due to the change, don't have the chance to re-stock. Some shops might still have the old PSN Plus codes, but if someone buys a 12-month PSN Plus card or subscription today and applies it under the new system, it becomes 12 months of PS Plus Essential.
We'll be on the lookout for the new Essential, Extra and Premium cards, but for now we recommend topping up your account with gift cards to save money! :)

Usually its better to order on business days, codes come pretty fast, on weekends you probably will have to wait 1 or 2 days. This time around I got code fast.

Stay away, terrible service
EN: I made a purchase on Punktid for a Discord Nitro code, and my order has been stuck on “pending” status. Their customer support does not reply to messages they only send one message with their "AI" and that's it, so I have no way to resolve the issue or get my money back.
Stay away from this site — they take your money and leave you waiting endlessly without any communication.
IT: Ho effettuato un acquisto su Punktid per un codice Discord Nitro e il mio ordine è rimasto bloccato sullo stato "in sospeso". Il loro servizio clienti non risponde ai messaggi, inviano solo un messaggio con la loro "IA" e basta, quindi non ho modo di risolvere il problema o di riavere indietro i miei soldi. State alla larga da questo sito: vi prendono i soldi e vi lasciano in un'attesa infinita senza alcuna comunicazione.

Avoid this site — payment taken, no product delivered
I made a purchase on Punktid for a game key, and my order has been stuck on “pending” status for over a two days. Their customer support does not reply to messages, so I have no way to resolve the issue or get my money back.
This is easily the worst experience I've had buying a game key online. Stay away from this site — they take your money and leave you waiting endlessly without any communication.
