Just putting it here for any future non UK customers.

Shipping and information
No information about the fact that the items are shipped with the public postal service.
No information about the fact that the shipment takes over a week just to leave the UK and to complete the customs clearance procedures.
In the era of "next day delivery" there is still someone who uses the public postal service to make you have an online purchase: is this a blast from the past?
... ... and let's not talk that I received a reply to my email after 4 days (sent .email July 16 and received answer July 19)

The item is currently with the Italian Customs office.
The parcel was processed and shipped on Monday the 19th July, and left the UK on the 20th July.
Since Brexit, items entering the EU have to be processed through the destination countrys customs office, once release from customs the item is then handled by the Poste Italia in Italy for delivery.
The estimated timescale for shipments to the EU is 5 - 7 working days, today in the 4th day, so the item should arrive with you for next week.
Please be aware that the customs office may require information before releasing the parcel, and would contact you directly for this info.

We were notified on the 30th of August, the item did arrive with the buyer.

I cannot track my shipment
I cannot track my shipment! It says it was leaving the UK on 7 July. It's already 16 July and when I click to track on Royal Mail, it has no information. It says it has sent to a delivery partner, but the reference number doesn't work with the delivery partner. Where is my cap? It's supposed to be a gift for my son when he comes back from camp. He is back and I do not have the cap nor any idea when it's coming.
