Placed an order to be collected at Oxford st branch. The staff are clueless and lack any common sense. Went twice to collect the order after receiving the email saying ready to collect. Finally gave up and contacted the customer service to cancel as I didn't want to go back third time been told I need to return the item!
Terrible quality
Terrible quality, not surprising as they’re owned by the fastest fashion brand in the world. My clothes fell apart after wearing them once, they’re sketchy and not ethically sourced. Won’t be using them again or the parent company’s other brands.
Bad customer service at Brighton
Visited pull and bear in Brighton. Went to the till to ask a question, we were ignored for a while because the worker was talking to her friend and once we finally got seen we asked our question and both the worker and her friend was rude and laughed at us while we were stood there and as we walked away they were still laughing. Disgusting customer service!!

I initiated a return nearly 3 weeks ago. Never received a returns label and wasn't available to see it on my account like they said it was. I have sent multiple emails and reached out on the chat (no use in this as it is automated robots). I was then sent an email telling me they were having issues with their refund labels and they would send me it in a separate email. This was a week ago, still nothing. I am down nearly $300 and so upset about this situation, never expected this from this company. Will never be ordering from them again. AVOID!!!!
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs! The worst customer experience I've ever had. I've been trying to return some of the items for two months now without any success. You can only contact support through email, they reply once per week and it's been a month that they said they would provide a return label. I don't expect that I will be able to return them at this point.

Price discrepancy, wrongly advertised
I ordered a faux leather bomber jacket, which I had seen on Instagram, and a couple of t shirts. I sized up to medium after reading reviews. All items arrived really quickly and the jacket is gorgeous however the price online is £45.99,but the tag when it arrived shows €35.99 which equates to about £32.00, feel like i've been ripped off!! The shirts can't possibly be a medium they are sooo tiny. I have contacted Pull&Bear regarding price of jacket but their WhatsApp Bot is useless keeps telling me to contact customer services, and when you email you don't get a reply. Looks like I'm stuck with shirts that wouldn't fit a 2yr old and been overcharged for the jacket. I've learned my lesson and won't order again!! 🤦🏼♀️

No refund option, rip off
Got sent QR code for refund, tried to use it to send parcel back, not accepted. Looked into it back at home and found out there is no customer service, no contact details, and no way to actually return anything to them. Once I read all the reviews on here I realised I got off lightly as if I had returned the item it is unlikely I would have got the money back. Do not buy from them, unethical company and treats people awfully. Thankfully I am not as badly affected as some. (Shorts for £32.94).
Pull&bear jeans are bad
I recently bought the Slim Fit Ripped Jeans from Pull&Bear, motivated by their budget-friendly price.
after just a few washes, the material began to fray, and the color faded significantly. The discount isn’t worth the disappointment of jeans that barely withstand regular wear. I can't wear them now, there was a month, no more.

this is the worst experience of returning the products. while it is automated in other shops, here you should control every single step, write to the support every time. I made orders twice and both times my returns weren't processed until I wrote them. they just get them in the warehouse and do nothing, can you believe???? after I spent many time with the support I finally got the message about return being processed, and you know what? they processed not all items! brilliant job!

Placed an order on 27th July, no email confirmation received yet have taken my money of £116.94 no delivery of the goods I’ve ordered and no one returning my WhatsApp messages or emails, absolutely scandalous, can’t find a UK customer service number to call. Help - £116.94 is a lot of money for them to take and me have nothing for it - it’s theft!

Terrible customer service and staff give out incorrect info on returns policies
Bought items in the Malaga store, was told in store I could return in Belfast UK if necessary (my local store). When I went to return the items in Belfast as they don’t fit, they would not accept the return as it was purchased in another country. Cannot get anyone on the phone. Cannot get a response to an email. Their WhatsApp Chatbot is useless.

to purchase shoes ,just after a day I had to return because I found out that it was not fitting properly ,unfortunately one of yo managers there was not even helpful due to only a tag missing but the item was in proper state for return and hw come u cant just help customers by looking at purchases made a day before ,I left both the invoice and the shoes wth him…Yo customer service is quiet poor or u look at the race maybe ,but I am not happy about losing my money that way ,u can go ahead and check the cctv at around 6.20pm …looking forward for help

50% off ...but still pay full price
Ok dont normally shop at Pull & Bear but they had a massive sale on ( along with all of its competitors in Liverpool One).found several t shirts with 50% off & thought thats good great for the holidays.went to pay & just ONE ITEM WAS 50% OFF all the others remained at full price even though they were clearly marked 50% off.so pressed the help button & staff came over & checked them & said " yeah even though they have 50% off they are still full price ?????how can that be ? He explained that the powers that be change the prices throughout the day & they dont have enough staff to change the prices again,he also added that some customers take the sticker off & add them to clothing to make it look like they are cheaper.we explained that if you go to the sale rails they were all clearly marked up ON SALE.he said he couldnt do anything about it.I CAN & will not shop there again what a terrible experience to have.i have other concerns as well imagine somebody shopping for family members & buying alot of items paying & not realising they are still paying FULL PRICE.is this not FRAUD ? Absolutely disgusting & i will be warning family & friends about PULL & BEAR.

Have been in touch with PULL & Bear since the 10th of july on whatsapp.DONT BOTHER.all they ask for is your name email & phone number.then they promise to escalate but they dont.when you get back in touch they ask the same info again & say they will escalate...it doesnt happen.they apologise but dont listen.i explained to them til i was blue in the face & they still asked to send them details of the items ( that i didnt buy) as they were not 50% off EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE ALL MARKED WITH 50 % OFF !
they should be known as PULL (the wool over the customers eyes) & BEAR ( faced liars) absolute disgusting behaviour from a so called big store.just look at their dreadful feedback.cant see them being in Liverpool for long.
MONDAY THE 11TH OF AUGUST HEARD NOTHING BACK FROM PULL & BEAR was promised a follow up call from the manageror head office NOTHING ,ZILCH obviously are not bothered.looking at the negatives on here they will not stay open much longer & if i find out for definite that they are affiliated to ZARA we will not be shopping there either.
