Will never buy from here again/appalling

Will never buy from here again. Non existent customer service. Placed a large order & kept half. Put in a AI generated return request for £110.00 worth of items which were too small. AI sent two QR codes by email for an in post locker. Neither code worked at the locker. AI chat bot doesn't chat, WhatsApp is also AI & just stopped replying and I cannot find a phone number. All emails are no reply. 🤷‍♀️🤬

Pull and bear not worth hassle for commuting

Well tried to return item with bar code didn't work,I was told it don't work need a paper receipt.yesterday the 28 of may.1hour trying to sort it .their a I is not helpful their wassapp sends you link after link to help no agent.today spent another hour and 15 mins no luck.went on their page wrote a complaint.someone contacted me I got to speak with someone who I was talking to him for 35 min. He just kept telling me down load this then down load that.sites that my phone told me not to click on he told me to click on and still no joy.i was so stressed I had to hang up.then I received a wassapp message saying hi this is Barbara can I help. When I went to answer her she was gone and right back to a I. Absolutely do not buy from company not worth the stress.,now I'm out of return options

DONT SHOP HERE ESPECIALLY ONLINE I always loved shopping in store with pull and bear but recently I needed an outfit for a photoshoot with my newborn baby and I ordered online with them I paid for express delivery and when the outfit came it had the hard security tag attached I emailed them about this and it wasn’t a concern to them they said they value their high security just to send it back I sent it back with boots drop to shop never had an issue with sending anything back this way with any other company but now pull and bear are saying they didn’t receive it and I still haven’t gotten my refund NEVER again with I go near this brand absolutely awful customer service no customer care whatsoever

Their customer service is terrible ALL OVER THE WORLD

Good to see it's not just here in Portugal that their customer service is terrible. I ordered a lot of clothes online, then got an email a little while later that my entire order had been canceled, with only "operational reasons" as the excuse.

So I went to their website, found their chatbot who was useless, and directed me to use WhatsApp. After a bit of back and forth, I get someone...who disappears after one reply. So I try again, and am told I should contact them via the website. And again, am told to go back to WhatsApp. Back and forth.

I'm just trying to find out why my order was canceled. I thought about order it again, but after my experience, and seeing all the complaints here, I'll pass. There are other stores who are more deserving of my money.

Awful

Absolutely shocking c customer service. My son ordered some joggers and wanted to return them, but unfortunately the return process wouldn’t accept his email address, bear in mind we didn’t get email confirmation upon ordering. , therefore, contact was made and a response stating email addresses are always taken and the returns link provided! Needless to say it once again didn’t accept his email address. After a further 3 emails chasing their help I’ve heard nothing! Do not purchase from this company, complete cowboys who hold no regard for customer service & once they have your money that’s it!

Awful customer service . Roy needs to brush up on his customer service skills . So rude . Returned faulty jeans . Followed instructions . Kept telling me to wait . Months on and still no refund . Avoid ….jeans ripped on first time wearing them . Awful quality and now customer service….never again

Men's Raincoat

Ordered a large raincoat. After a week it got delayed so I got in touch they said it'll be arriving soon then the item got cancelled for being out of stock even though when ordering it didn't say it was out of stock or anything...Now I'm going away without a raincoat but I'd like to say thank you pull and bear...high price but I like the style but next time I'll stick to Primark.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT
I sent 10 items for return - within the return timeframe and with proof of return. P&B only returned 8 items and my online account & stated two items were not received back. The only "customer service" option is an AI robot and a UK based whatsapp number. The AI kept redirecting me to Whatsapp but as I am in Ireland the whatsapp wouldn't work. There is no email available on the website and when I tried the phone numbers for their headquarters they did not answer. I messaged on instagram and had no joy. I eventually found an email address online and though it took days between emails I have finally gotten sorted. I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Bought some lovely shorts and a week down they’re shit

Bought some lovely shorts and a week or two into wearing and the stitching on the sides have began coming undone and slowly riding up the leg. Going to be taking these back and getting my money back, absolutely shocking from a brand that charges so much you’d expect at least sustainable products.

$65 down the drain and it's especially frustrating because i can't even track them. the tracking page is blank. I ordered them on april 17 and they said they would arrive from april 28-may 1 and it's currently may third and they haven't been helpful at all Literally a scam lol

One star – Appalling customer service, no refund for returned item

I’m writing to express my upset regarding an order placed by my teenage son. He ordered a pair of jeans, paid in full, and yet the item was never delivered. According to Royal Mail tracking, the parcel was returned to Pull & Bear through no fault of our own.

What’s worse is the complete lack of communication from Pull & Bear. Despite my son’s repeated attempts to contact them, he has been ignored. They have received the returned item, yet we are still waiting for a refund.

Nice clothes but atrocious customer…

Nice clothes but atrocious customer service. Order delivered late to a store I was only visiting for a day when delivery was meant to be guaranteed. Been trying to get it refunded but they never respond to their emails and their chat bots are dreadful. I'm never unkind to customer service staff as it's a horrible job, but they are genuinely useless and borderline disrespectful right out of the gate. No intention of helping you. If you're going to buy their clothes then buy them in person! They can't ignore you if you're right in front of them.

Disgusting Trafford centre employee

Just been in to the Trafford Centre store moments ago, looking to buy a few things for my daughter but she needed to try them on. I was told I could not enter the changing room, and was gestured at with pointed finger to ‘wait over there’ like I am a dog being sent out into the garden. I explained that my daughter needs help with changing/trying things on. The extremely rude man said no, you have to go out there (pointing again) and said you can’t bring a drink here either so leave. (Empty drink in hand) Absolutely zero consideration for individual needs and spoken to like something he stepped in. Wouldn’t go in this store again if my life depended on it. Disgusting attitude.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Tried to swap a pair of dungarees for my 14 year old and they were not interested in helping. Ordered online on 19/03/2025 and delivered on 21 or 22 March. It was my daughter’s birthday on 18 April. The dungarees were too small so returned them on 21 April to be told it was too late. What?? Staff in the Trafford centre store not interested in helping. Contacted customer services - the same. The store manager told me the dungarees would be in store the next day and to come back. She was just trying to get rid of me as when I asked if she’d swap them for the correct size the next day, she said no. She was just trying to fob me off. Very short sighted as they are prepared to lose my custom over a pair of dungarees. I didn’t even want a refund but the correct size. They are in perfect condition and there is absolutely no reason not to swap them. I will never shop here again.

Order was lost by Royal Mail so I ask for a refund. Customer service WhatsApp “agents” that text like robots just tell you that they will get back to you but never do. Took the money never gave a refund. Avoid at all costs.
