DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE
Addendum. I received an email at 7 am this morning from the same fellow I've been working with with regards to my no show pkg.
He's been unfailing polite and never rude or inpatient with my questions. They state they are positive the package was delivered to usps and its their glitch.. he says this has happened alot in the last 2 weeks. Today I recieved notice that they have refunded sezzle infill and I recieved a prompt email from Sezzle confirming the refund. Two weeks down the line I'm disappointed not have a Mighty from Puff it up but though they couldn't deliver, they we great communicators (thank you Alex) so 3 stars for effort...

Hey there! I am so sorry for the delay! We've been seeing this happen a good bit this week in particular - I think the removal of automated sorting machines has caused USPS to sort packages without scanning them, which has lead to some tracking numbers staying at "Accepted" or "Late" until they're delivered. Judging by the timeline of your order I'd expect it to show up within the next few business days! Let me know how everything is puffin' when it comes in =)

Everything came as expected
Everything came as expected, except delivery was 2-3 days late. This may not have been Puffitup’s fault however, COVID has most post offices shut down. So, 3 stars because it was a pretty average delivery. Got an awesome deal on my dynavap, but was a bit late

I ordered the fury edge with 4 extra caps. Got my order in 2 business days. It was double wrapped, with candy, coupons, stickers and happiness!
