I contacted this company on the (unofficial) recomendation of the Anglian Water engineer who attended my property because of a drainage blockage. Communications were poor - the person who responded to my initial inquiry stopped responding and failed to reply to a follow up question after their engineer attended. The engineer who attended made a rather half hearted attempt to clear a blockage in the rainwater drainage from my gutter downpipe. He didn't attempt to use a pressure hose as he said it needed 2 people and he was on his own. After 30 minutes of his half hearted efforts he gave up and said he couldn't do anything. I was still charged for an hours work - £95 + VAT - a rip off under the circumstances. These people get plenty of work from Anglian Water and are clearly not bothered about small jobs from individuals.
