One of the worst customer service…

One of the worst customer service experience ever. They lost our order we never get the goodies we ordered for our event. Today I'm desperate to contact anybody to get a refund for this order. I can't say how many messages I sent but they don't bother to answer. You can track your order on the website which amazingly shows as delivered (please send me the proof of delivery). When you check on the postal services it clearly doesn't show the parcel as delivered.
This customer service is a joke, once they sold you can't count on them to solve a problem.
I don't recommend to use them, they are plenty of competitors on the market.
