Planned my journey using planner so that I would not have to use buses replacing trains. Then you stop the trains one hour earlier than advised on app. Journey took over two hours to get home and required a lengthy walk.

I had so MANY problems with my myki in the past.
When i top up online, 50% of the times i never get the money on my card, instead, they vanish from my credit card and from my myki.
I tried MULTIPLE times to contact their customer service, that is NOT working at all.
"Sorry we cannot answer your messages right now, as, our customer service is operating from 9am to 6pm".
Yeah, big lie, as, it's currently 4pm and you already have closed it.
So, i think this is just a scam to get more money.
