Psicon are amazing, my son has struggled for many years and within seven months we have a diagnosis which is life changing for him. All of the staff are incredible.

I cannot thank the Psicon team enough for the ADHD diagnostic report for my son. After a long and difficult journey, we finally feel heard and supported in this country.

A special thank you to Richard Adabonyan. His assessment was incredibly thorough and professional. What touched me most as a mother was that he didn’t just look at the symptoms; he noticed the child behind them, even highlighting my son’s musical talent with the accordion. Reading the report brought me to tears because it was the first time someone truly understood our challenges and provided a clear path forward.

The report is comprehensive, and the recommendations for medication and further ASD assessment steps are very clear. We feel a huge sense of relief knowing we are in such capable hands for the titration process.

I highly recommend Psicon to any parent seeking a professional, empathetic, and detailed neurodevelopmental assessment.

Easy to use service, although my anxiety was high I was treated with sensitivity and am very hopeful their support will bring a brighter future.

The process from start to finish was 11 months, we was told my son will have to wait 4/5 years with the NHS for a diagnosiswith adhd and asd, I found rtc and it was the bestest ever thing I did, psicon have been professional all the way through and can not fault 1 thing at all.

Exceptional service! Having gone through a very long, complicated and frustrating adhd assessment with cahms previously for another of my children, being turned away twice by cahms for my son, without seeing him, contacting nobody ect, I went down the path of right to chose with my gp. I had an email with a questionaire for myself and for my sons school before I had even left the gp’s waiting room!! Received confirmation emails when the had received the questionnaires back, received check in emails just to be curtious, the whole process was just very easy, very informative and stress free. From start to finish it took less than 6 months! My son got a diagnosis, that my daughter had to wait 2 and a half years for through cahms, and that timescale has now increased to 4 years!
I was told by pscion it could take up to 9-12 months to get an assessment. I was happy with that. So to receive one and a diagnosis within 6 months is absolutely fantastic! I have recommend them to anyone and everyone who is going through a similar situation. I cannot praise these people enough! Utterly amazing service!

I can't thank Psicon enough. Not only was our NHS assessment done extremely quickly, the communication while waiting was reassuring. Mark was amazing with our son, he quickly found a common ground with him which made my son feel at ease. The assessment was very relaxed which helped us and our son to answer all questions asked in more depth. Thanks again Mark!

My experience with psicon has been amazing from start to finish, the journey has been really relaxed and explained all the way through, my journey took around 9 months to get a diagnosis for my son and everything was explained properly as a person not knowing much about ADHD I feel it was explained well and am so glad I decided to use psicon

Excellent provider for both of my children’s ASD assessments, all their staff were very friendly and good with engaging with my kids and I am now on the pathway for an ASD myself with them.

Rakel was lovely she made me feel very comfortable throughout the process.

Less than 1 star. Avoid. Expensive, disorganised, and potentially unsafe.

I was diagnosed with ADHD last year and approached PSIcon for support with treatment options. I won’t be returning.

The clinician arrived over ten minutes late to a £200 appointment (which lasted just 10 minutes), with no acknowledgment or apology. The consultation itself was difficult to follow, and more concerningly, no reference was made to the autoimmune medication I’m currently taking — a basic safety consideration that should be non-negotiable in any clinical assessment.
We had to request escalation to a second clinician to progress at all. Based on the experience, I strongly suspect the specialists are outsourced to an offshore service provider rather than in-house, which may explain the inconsistency in care quality and difficult language skills.

The most alarming part: I was informed I would need to pay an additional £800 before any prescription would be issued. No prior warning, no explanation — simply pay or receive nothing.
I came looking for professional medical support. What I found was an organisation that appears to prioritise revenue over patient welfare.
Please do your research before booking. There are better options available.

I strongly believe many of the positive reviews are left by PSICon themselves, masking negative honest reviews of this careless profiteering outfit.

It was a lovely conversation, she made us feel very comfortable and was very easy to talk too. She was so understanding of my daughter.

Psicon is amazing,the waiting time isn't that long. They are very helpful,and caring. They also offered help as you wait for an appointment.

Not only did our son’s assessment happen much faster than we were expecting, but the process and the video call itself were all superb. Rakel was particularly great on the call - treating our son like an equal and ensuring he (and we) felt comfortable at all times - encouraging him to take movement breaks when needed. It was a straight forward and eye opening process and couldn’t recommend them more highly

Highly recommend lovely staff clean and tidy building very friendly make you feel so comfortable and much quicker then nhs waiting lists

I had a fantastic experience with Psicon from the moment that I chose them through the right to choose service until my sons official diagnosis I have been updated on my son‘s journey at every point. They’re easy to contact. Easy to speak to and the appointment came around very quickly. They are thorough, quick to gather evidence from parents and the school to help them understand my child.

The clinician we saw was lovely. She was kind, caring and she genuinely wanted to help my son. It made all the difference. I could take my time with explaining his difficulties and didn’t feel rushed. I didn’t feel like just another number, I felt like we were really respected and listened to. I’ve recommended the service to all of my friends with SEN!

Our appointment for our sons ADHD assessment came through much quicker than anticipated through right to choose and were given a Teams appointment which was great as we were not in the area. Rakel immediately put us all at ease and made our 7 year son feel so comfortable to be himself and answer her questions. We had a diagnosis confirmed there and then and next steps explained clearly.

I have had both an ADHD and Autism diagnosis through Psicon and the service has been great. Everyone I have had contact with has been lovely and patient with me and it’s overall been a great experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome and at ease. The staff were so friendly and kind, which instantly helped us relax. From the second we walked through the door, we were greeted with genuine warmth and care.

The waiting area was also beautifully done it felt comfortable and homely, which made the whole experience even more reassuring.
The staff made my little girl so at ease and comfortable, very knowledgeable i gave found Psicon very responsive to any questions we have, I honestly can not fault the exceptional experience we have and are receiving from Psicon
