It was very easy to order by telephone and delivery was very swift, excellent service

I have ordered several books from PostScript and have always been pleased with the service. The website is user friendly and orders are dispatched promptly and always arrive carefully protectively packaged. Prices are very competitive and shipping costs are reasonable. In all, excellent value.

Great range of books on offer. Very competitive pricing. All books in perfect condition - and they'll tell you if that's not the case! Well packed and timely delivery. My only reservation is that deliveries are made using Evri and, whilst my deliveries from PSBooks have been OK, this is the exception rather than the rule - at least in this area. I'd happily pay more to have my deliveries handled by a more reliable courier.

I was amazed at the all-round performance. The quality of the packing was outstanding and the speed of delivery excellent (next day) by Evri who are usually rubbish! I really can't fault any aspect of the service from condition of the book, quality of its packing, delivery and the responsive interaction with customer service admin. I shall be a regular here I'm sure.

So a great experience. The choice of books in the monthly catalogue should meet most people's expectations. The simplicity of ordering from the catalogue straight from my device was excellent.
The delivery far exceeded my expectations with my chosen book arriving within three days. I assume this would have been longer over a weekend.
