Shipment

Ordered something, got a message that it was shipped one day later but nothing happens for a week. Not possible to track the shipment with the data provided. Sent a message to support, got a reply five min later that they do not ship within three days to Norway. But why is it then marked as shipped?
Updated: Quick response from the support explaining that it was send as an ordinary letter, not a traceable package. Was delivered to the postbox one week after ordering. All good!

Paid for product that does not work.

Paid for product that does not work.

Seller refuses to present a solution and keeps putting "on hold".

Escalation through CDON did not solve anything.

After this seller wants me to ship it back for inspection by them.
If they find it to be okay no reimbursement for me.

All in all paid for garbage
