Lynn - what a star ! I explained that I had tried to change my car details over the weekend, but the website refused to accept the changes. As a result I had to take out a new policy. Lynn was sympathetic and provided a refund of my old policy - great customer service !

Lynn - fantastic! I've just spent an hour with Lynn from Provident insurance trying to sort out a complex car insurance issue, she was so patient and helpful, I really felt like she was 'on my side' and trying to help as much as possible, thank you, Lynn, it's not often you get customer service of such a high quality!

Called them about a renewal
Called them about a renewal - very happy with the price and service. Online access is easy but I prefer calling. Talked to Linda Midgley who helped me to out with all sorts. Excellent service - definately going with them again.

I call about my sons direct debit being…
I call about my sons direct debit being stopped by hi# bank as it happened the insurance was up for renewal which was bit cheeper then last year so we went with that. Didn't take to long and the lady called Saymire was very nice and very profrssible.

Great customer service
After having problems doing my change of insurance online I spoke to a very polite and helpful man called Dave, and got my insurance sorted very quickly.

Excellent customer Service!
I needed to make a policy change. Called the helpline, waited a few mins in the queue, was dealt with by a very helpful person by the name of Saymira. The policy adjustment was very quick and she explained everything to me clearly. Excellent customer service, Provident Insurance comes highly recommended.
