They don’t make up faults on MOT
I have used Protyre for 12 MOTs now and each one has been performed on time and there has been no making up issues, not even to notch up advisories to look good to the authorities. However they have offered valuable advice on possible future issues that are best nipped in the bud.

Booked a last minute tyre inspection…
Booked a last minute tyre inspection and even though I arrived on time it took an hour to get looked at. The tyre only needed a repair which was done there and then and the final charge was reduced by the manager to apologise for the wait. Overall, great experience and the delay was the fault on the online booking system and not the Warwick Branch.

Receptionist was helpful with my need…
Receptionist was helpful with my need for a particular booking day and time. He managed to bring the MOT time forward to suit me better. He didn't talk down to me as a female - still commonplace in car garages - and he did what I asked to contact me, all the guys doing the work must have done a good job too. And all cheaper than the dealership service.
