I was charged for 4 locking wheel nuts and charged for them taking them off because it was slipping but i only needed 2 because the back were different to the front. And they kindly took a nice chunk out of my wheel and was still charged £270 for a tyre and locking nuts. Normally use this company every year for mot & services but won’t be going back there, like things aren’t already expensive without getting charged for things that you don’t need.

Really friendly and professional service, after a minor issue with the billingham depot (out of their control mot tester fell ill) billingham contacted middlesbrough depot and got me booked in immediately could not fault the service given really kind and professional in all aspects.

My appointment was for 10.30 for two new tyres. I waited over an hour for them to fit the tyres. Another customer has left her vehicle and returned to be told that they hadn’t even started her service. She was told the appointment time was just a drop off time. Had I known this or been told I would have left my car and returned instead of waiting in the waiting area for so long

Efficient and polite service. Busy so unfortunately running 45 minutes late.

Car needed MOT and an oil service, front brakes required during MOT test, but pricey but same as lots of other garages I checked out for the job.
