Ordered 2 tyres and a slot for 8:30am - eventually left the garage at 10:20am.
Manager apologised as they were very busy and bit of an oversight on my time slot. Offered a goodwill gesture of a discount on tyres. Apart from the timing issue I think the company is good as it does care about customers and the tyres are competitively priced. Will use again.

Friendly service when I arrived. Completed a simple fix while car was serviced to pass MOT. Great service

Nice guys and they do what they say they will do. I had the rear wheels aligned and they were only too pleased to point out the adjustment points to me.

It was easy to book my appointment and select the tyres online. The staff were friendly and provided an estimated time for the job to be completed.

I knocked a star off only because I would have hoped the job to be done quicker. Suggested improvement to the operations would be to provide a guide to timings at the point of booking the appointment online.

After the initial problem with their motorbike lifting equipment breaking, ending my booking for that day, they bent over backwards to remedy the reason for booking an appointment.

Everyone at Protyre is cheerful, efficient and helpful. They go above and beyond to help me and my car. The online booking service is excellent, and they are competitively priced. I feel confident in their services and would recommend them.

Nail in rear tyre detected when MOT done (elsewhere) so took it to Protyre to be repaired. After examination the tyre was beginning to perish so a new tyre was required. They matched replacement to other rear tyre and that was done quickly despite it being busy with other customers. Good experience all round and friendly staff.
