Ordered from them because they were cheapest. My order was in january this year (2026), we are at end of may and nobody is answering on the contact phones or on the contact e-mail. I've opened a ticket on ANPC (romanian consumer protection). I wish I've read these reviews after buying from these scumbags. I don't understand how they still have the company running with all the scams they are doing.
Made an order that I canceled shortly after placing it but my money was not returned to my account. Tried to call their support and insisted multiple times that they've not sent my refund money but they still refused to refund the amount.
Do not purchase anything from this crooks. Avoid at all costs.
Total scam!! I bought a pc component and after 2 weeks of 0 information on the order status the store does not even respond to emails or phones!!! I got lucky my bank understood that is a scam and got my money back. AVOID!!
Ordered an Ryzen 9 5950x from them on 15.06.2025, and after one week I deduced to call them to see what's going on, and the seller said that it will take a while for my product to arrive, and I waited, and I got it. It came well packed. It was the lowest price on the market, but it was worth it. I would have gave 5 stars if my product would have arrived earlier. But still I'm satisfied.

This is a skam
On website it says max delivery time 10 days. Order placed on 26.05.2025; today it's 15.06.2025. Received nothing.
3 weeks and I am still waiting for my order. I have been calling almost daily this week, most of the time they don't even answer the phone. Lame excuses, promising it will be solved "tomorrow". It has been tomorrow several times and I still don't have my order. No regard to customers. I am starting to wonder if it's a scam.
