Just completed my 5th renewal with Catrina . She has always been there to get me capital when I couldn’t get funding from the bank. The rates are fair and they work quick

This has to be the worst company I have worked with. They are a bunch of broken promises. If you are really looking for funding and a company that can help you and not give you false hopes, look for another company that can really help you.

I called and wanted to pay off the loan and was told my balance was $197.47....then they actually hung up on me. Now, they say my balance is $220+. Freaking liar! Also the interest rate is 740.13%!!! It shows as an "entertainment" charge on my account. My bank is investigating because the phone number associated with the charges is a law firm...who will automatically give you the number to the business. Every call has had very rude customer service (none from America). Stay away.
Added- the website says it sent me an authorization number. I did not receive in within 20 minutes. No text me email. nothing. They took my card number and said they would submit it. Took forever. Then, they said they couldn't get a confirmation from my bank because it's an international transaction. Bull sh*t!

This group is going to just sell your information. They operate under the "Fast Funds Group" (which is very similar to an actual reputable company) name but owned by this Pro Source Lending Group for a shield. Once you send in your information they go dark. If you have a conversation with a guy named Charles Sims.....RUN. DO NOT send ANY information to this group. I have changed all my banking information and locked down all personal info because of this shady company. Its amazing that companies pretend to be one thing but then their business model is to sell peoples information for the profit because they can't do anything legitimately, and to think people actually work for companies like this and are ok with it is amazing to me. Zero moral compass.

Scammers. RUN, do NOT do business with these people!

Scammers. Cold emailed me asking me for my last 3 months business bank statements, pretending like we were already doing business. I have never heard of these people in my life, and they sent this to my PERSONAL email, not my business email.

This is the email they sent me:

Good afternoon,
I am working on finalizing your line of credit term but still need the following information to do so, I would like to have terms finalized before I leave the office for the day.
Please send as soon as possible to admin @ prosourcelg.com

1) Last 3 months business bank statements

SCAMMER ALEERT

Cold called me today. Person acted like he had talked to me on several occasions in the past...never talked to him until today. Started getting personal with insults, very rude, when I asked what he was calling about he hung up the phone.

Possible Scam

Personally think they are a scam. Called, told them I was not interested and they immediately hung up. Then, when I tried to call them back, the system automatically hangs up on you. How anyone would ever do business with them is beyond me.

Asked for banking login info

They asked for the username and password to my online banking and said that that was a common practice for lenders. It is common, and necessary, for lenders to have your bank account number and routing number in order to disburse funds but not to request access to your banking information. That is never an acceptable business practice.

Run far

Run far, run fast. They will probably get you funding, but ask yourself is it worth getting (no kidding) 10-15 aggressive spam calls a day...not to mention a dozen texts a day along with countless emails. They'll send your info (including your bank account statements) to who knows how many loan shark companies. It's been several months...the calls, texts, and emails won't stop. The real eye opener was when someone texted me my bank account statements...

If if could give this company 0 stars I would. They purpurate themselves to be direct lenders and after having sent over bank statements I know receive non stop spam calls from other garbage finance companies that have all my bank statements. I know for a fact they have given my information out without my permission as they have freely admitted it and I have also had the other lenders send me my info and they have the exact statements I sent over to this company. I will be reporting this company to the AG for malicious business practices.

NEVER AGAIN.

NEVER AGAIN.

I am a restaurant equipment repair business established in 2016 with over $360k in annual revenue.

Over the past 3 years I have had several loans from both CFG and Forward Financing and will continue to work with them because they are professional and honest.

Then there are the Pro Source Funding groups of the world.

At the beginning of October 2021 I needed additional funding to complete a large project at my biggest client’s facility. I went to Pro Source and the first line rep said he understood my needs and put me in touch with the next level guy named “Joe”. I sent joe my 3 months of bank statements and Joe said he got me approved for a $37k loan which I accepted at what was initially explained to be $277 daily pull from my account. When Joe sends over the contract it read $299 per day. Joe swore up and down he’d fix this but came back with $289 per day. I let that go.

Then 2 days later they deposit $2500 into my account so I call Joe and tell him that my full loan never made it to my account. He acted surprised and again said he’ll get right on it. Come to find out this POS company sold me on a loan that was actually a CONSOLIDATION which I did not want or need.

I demanded a manager return my call so “Devin” calls me back to try and convince me to accept the CONSOLIDATION with the promise that they will provide additional funding after 20 payments. Mind you I’ve had to reschedule the large project for my largest customer because the funding never came through.

25 payments came and went and I called Devin to discuss the additional funding that he had promised only to be completely blown off with for a week until I contacted the “owner Alex” who assured me that Devin would get on this first thing Monday morning. Devin did next to nothing so then on that following Friday I called and texted Alex the “owner” who blew me off.

The rescheduled project was supposed to begin that Friday (today) and these low rent scam artists might have just cost us our largest client ($60-$80k annually)

If I had known this was how they do people I would have simply handed the project off to a sub contractor.

Some will read this but have no other option than to try and use this third rate chop shop but I implore you in the strongest possible terms to never attempt to get involved with Pro Source funding.

I have had a handful of loans through CFG and FORWARD FINANCING and have paid every dime back in a timely manner and have a great relationship with both JOE from CFG and MYLES from FORWARD FINANCING.

I am in the process of exploring all of my legal options against Pro Source at this time.

THERE ARE MANY CASH ADVANCE MERCHANTS OUT THERE AND I STRONGLY SUGGEST CFG AND OR FORWARD FINANCING.

NEVER EVER USE PRO SOURCE!!

Unprofessional company

I tried working with Catrina Heseman, she was very responsive and nice at first. Once I sent all my information I didn’t hear from her for days and when I followed up she was only interested in counter offers I had. I asked twice if she had any offers for me and ignored me, I would’ve appreciated if she communicated.
