There was a malfunction with my vacuum cleaner. I've contacted the Prosenic. They answered immideately try to fix the problem.
When it couldn't be solved they offer replacement and sent it immideately and it has arrived within a week!!

Great the live chat function was available. I took a video of my vacuum which had some issue. They sent me a YouTube video and told me what I did wrong. I retried and was able to resolve my issue.

Proscenic have a good range of hardware. Unlike the new software. Have had a M7 pro for a few years now. Worked a treat. Hoovers great. New app upgrade wants to install new version. M7 can not connect through it. Had to reinstall old app and reconnect. Works again. Not impressed that the app is recommending install of new app when it's not compatible with my hardware. That was an hour of my life wasted. If you have pre m8 devices be careful of the new app request it may not work with your systems.

I bought an electric broom on ebay, it was delivered correctly and without any damage. The quality of the appliance is very good. Suddenly the electric broom stopped working after some months, I contacted the support team by email, they answered quite fast and tried immediately to solve the problem. In a couple of days they understood the problem with the help of their expert and delivered the component that was needed. It arrived after one week, more or less, but now the electric broom is working again. Thanks to Proscenic for the help, and for being really interested in customer satisfaction.
