I contacted support because the robot vacuum M8 Pro lost contact with my iPhone and I could no longer connect the two, no matter what I tried. I provided loads of evidence of my attempts to support. They got me to try loads more. Anyway, after much back-and-forth on the online support channel, Keith said "can you try it on another phone?" Of course, I wanted to curse my frustration at the suggestion, but I did it anyway. And, it worked... Seems it might be time for a new phone. Anyway, well done to the support crew!

The Service was good because I get always the same support agent so he knows my problem and it’s no problem to answer of reaction 2 days later, you come back in de in de same chat. I appreciate that a lot. The pleople are very friendly and helps you out step bye step. Very good support and service and friendly guys. My Robot Vacuum Cleaner broke down and while initial response from Proscenic was promising after a disagreement they have repeatedly refused to answer my attempts at contacting them. I'm now unfortunately left with a useless product.
