I had two issues with my Proscenic P12 vacuum. The customer service support people had me send videos of the issues and explain the problem. After viewing the video and understanding my issue they replaced the parts that were not working properly. There was no argument only a quick response to fix the problems. The new parts were received with a week getting my vacuum working again.

The product is good, delivery fast. I need some help with the costumers service, answer very fast and clear and a fast resolution of problem.

Replaced battery under warranty. It arrived withing 3 days! Have had a couple of issues with our robot vacuum cleaner, but each time Proscenic have been exemplary with their customer service, and very quick at getting the issues sorted. Highly recommend.

Purchased Air Fryer 7 months ago from Amazon for £169.99. Interior is now pitted, rusted and stained, despite cleaning it as recommended each time it was used. Contacted Proscenic only to be fobbed off by them by being told to clean it and it will be OK! I wouldn't recommend neither the product or the company. The build of the interior of this product is cheap and low quality and not meant for long term use. Its very concerning that it's in such a bad state after such a short time. Purchase a better alternative product.

Customer care and after sale service is excellent! I just highlighted the issue with my hoover with the relevant product info, they shipped me a new engine and I got it immediately in a matter of few days and it works even better than before!

When my robot vacuum had a fault and wouldn't return to its base, they promptly exchanged it for a new unit that works perfectly

I purchased online (in a know shopping website in the middle East) a Proscenic 811GB robot.
The robot is great, but started going around in circles after 2 years (no warranty).
I requested for assistance (even if i had to pay for it) and the brand told me there’s nothing they can do about it.
Resuming, good product but very bad after service.

I recently purchased the Proscenic robot vacuum, and I couldn't be more impressed. As a parent with a three-year-old daughter, keeping the house clean can be a constant challenge. However, since incorporating the Proscenic robot vacuum into our home, cleaning has become a breeze.

What I love most about this vacuum is its ease of use. With just a few simple steps, I can set it to clean at a specific time each day and then forget about it. I no longer have to worry about constantly monitoring the cleaning process; the robot vacuum takes care of everything on its own.
