Good products, terrible customer service

As usual, ProProfs provided a speedy response when I came across a problem with certain tags not completely deleting in the chat interface. Nitin answered my chat within seconds, following up within minutes via email, and solved my problem within less than 30 minutes. I continue to be impressed with their speedy response and friendly demeanor.

I'm new to the administrator side of ProProfs and Nitin helped me with a course issue. Without him, I'd be lost! He was so helpful with guiding me to the issue and was quick to help me get the issue resolved!

I gave most lifeless answers yet its personality test still gave me energetic as results. Sucks, inaccurate site will avoid forever.

Cost effective but lots of glitches and not easy to run reports.
