Property tribes is a resource I review almost daily. It’s rises above the complete garbage which is represented by most property “investing” information put about by fake gurus who are just sociopathic conmen with only one goal....to rip people off. Huge thanks to Vanessa and Nick, they have to put up with a huge amount of flack but do a really first rate job.

The most amazing resource whether you’re a part time landlord/investor or full time. Full of both personal experiences and advice but also legal advice which is second to none. It’s been a lifeline for me with my small property business and has guided me through difficult situations and supports positive ones too. The two founders Vanessa and Nick give up their time to run this professional outfit for the benefit of anyone who signs up. Thank you!

fantastic resource for finding out who the scammers are in the murky world of property investing and property training..

We recently faced a situation where a commercial conversion developer owed us a very large amount of money and had not repaid our investment or paid us the profit for many months after he had received all the funds. Despite large amounts of money spent on legal fees, we made very little progress and he clearly was not intimidated by the thought of legal action. Posting the simple truth on a Property Tribes thread resulted in a huge amount of support from the Property Tribes community, which put pressure on the developer and which resulted in us being paid the money owed to us in full. This is an amazingly effective website, which protects individual investors who face difficulties with developers and we are most grateful to the Property Tribes community for the support that we received, which has been hugely effective.

They seem to give solid advice and what I do like is that they call out con artists and chancers in the property industry. My only issue is that they seem rather negative towards most property investment strategies. Almost as if they’re trying to put off newbie investors. Some of the stuff I’ve seen posted by so called property experts make no sense.

I have only just started using Property Tribes and wish I had discovered them earlier. They are a very supportive community and was helped immensely for a particular property investment related question. They are like the reddit and Quora of the property world and a great information tool to have.

I have notifications most days and where much doesn't apply to us some does but it has been a superb source good, solid and reliable information.
Often simple ideas and suggestion make a difference and my variuos questions have been answered fast, courteously and have, most importantly correctly.
I worry that there does to seem to me that there are too many get rich quick schemes courses etc. and the idea there is easy money, actually there is but be realistic.
A recent suggestion to offer a written, considered lower offer on a property with declared reasons has worked, twice!

The previous reviews have been universally excellent. Well sadly i must....agree. I am a full-time landlord who uses PT most days to stay abreast of changes in the sector, best practice, new ideas etc. If you want to be a good landlord, and despite the hype the vast majority of landlords do- you should do 2 things;1. join a professional association and 2. you should use PT to ask questions- which always get a generous response from some very experienced people and to search for discussions of interest. "Landlording" can be quite a solitary career so a network like PT is invaluable. Thanks very much to the creators and contributors, keep up the good work!

I first found Property Tribes last August when I was checking out the legitimacy of a (very expensive) course.
Since then, I have spent hundreds of hours reading through the different threads. There are so many experienced people on the site that you can get answers to just about anything.
Credit to Nick and Vanessa for creating a great community.

If I could give more stars I would! Property Tribes has been an incredible asset to us with our property journey.
I stumbled across the site when I was looking for a mentor as was drowning in questions about how to proceed, we actually stopped looking that same day. If there is ever a question, a worry, a topic your unsure of you simply post to the ‘Tribe’ and within minutes I have had answers, advice, opinions that would have taken me weeks to get elsewhere and perhaps never in the same depth.
If property is of interest or you have a question about how to shape the future this is the site for you. Join up, post, be a part of the community it was the best thing we did and can’t thank everyone on there enough!

PropertyTribes is site full or information for all types of landlords. There are specialists in all areas of the industry who are willing to share knowledge with others. I have had many lightbulb moments from the content :-)
