I want to tell all the people who looking for SMS service to send and receive SMS. Never use proovl.com.

let me tell you my experience with proovl.com. i was looking for the service to send SMS to my subscribers. i do affiliate marketing and i run a ecom store. i searched on google and from some website i found that proovl.com provide the SMS service. i contacted the customer support of proovl. i asked them for SMS service where i can send my products offers with products shorten links to my customers.

proovl customer support said that they provide sms service for ecom type websites all over the globe. i quickly registered to the proovl website and added minimum amount of 15 credits that means 15 credits = 15 euro. i sued bitcoin to add funds. i bought 1 usa number to send the sms to my subscribers list. not even single message was sent. i tried plain text message but failed.

i asked the proovl again that i am unable to send messages. they said you can not send too many messages to one person in short periods of time. ok i agree with that. i bought another usa number and tried to send messages to more subscribers and tried testing on my and my family numbers. but again nothing not even plain test messages was not delivered to any of my family phone numbers.

i asked the proovl.com that there is issue i am unable to send messages. They said you have to buy permium account to get the support and features like sending link text.

i was surprised that premium cost 1000 euros which is really expensive. All other sms platform really cheaper than this. i found out about proovl shady business. First they promise to deliver the service then they will try to sell you more bigger packages.

i said no to customer support person. i can not just spend 1000 euro. Even the service was not even working for me. I asked for refund.

Another funny and clever excuse response i got from the customer support. the customer support person said that i need to have atleast 31 credits that means i have to add 15 more credits = 15 euros. And even after adding 30 credits they said they will refund me only 15 euro. beause they have to pay the BTC mining fee.

let me say when sending bitcoin there is only little bit fee like $2. yes the confirmation of transaction is slow but 15 euro to cover the transaction fee.

It was the excuse i got from the proovl. Clearly they do not want to refund my money. They are scammers running a fake websites.

Please stay away from this proovl website.
1.They are not able to deliver service
2. Customer support showing the sign of scammers
3. you will lose your money if you add funds in proovl

Try some other SMS alternative.

Do not use their numbers for verification ! They sell USED SIM numbers ! not dedicated ones

When I told them that I was not pleased with their services and asked for a refund because Google was blocking their SMS numbers only after two confirmation SMS, they replied, "So, you have to contact Google."

They don't give a refund, and also they don't allow you to withdraw money. Here is their policy.

Purchased credits cannot be converted back to any currency. You are welcome to spend your credits on messaging.

The SMS numbers that they give cant be used more than two times for Google verification even if you use VPN.
Also, this company doesn't allow you to withdraw your funds.
Stay away from them.

Super disappointed.
- Their support is analog, you will not be able to update or add a second support question without waiting for a reply from them.
- They have a minimum usage with numbers, so you will loose your number in a few months if you are not using it, even if you pay for it, and they will demand a ransom for you get it back, or they will re-sell your number to someone else.
- You will not see who is behind the service on their website.

Beware! If you need a number to receive authorization codes and such from online services, the virtual sims do not work. Unfortunately, I did not find that information on the website before purchasing credits. And though they did send me an article of explanation, I still can't find the link to that article anywhere on the website. I suspect that is by design. Don't make the same mistake I did.

WHAT THE HELL. They suspend my account without any prior notification !!! NO ANY specific instructions to take back my account. TOTALLY unprofessional. STAY AWAY.

WARNING!!! I registered their services after a lot of research and found that they were providing a US phone number for .99 Euros. To receive a verification message from automated services to their given number as mentioned should be .95 Euros. I calculated the expense and found it matching my budget. I wanted to use 50 of their numbers. BUT..........

As soon as my 1st SMS arrived they charged me 2.85 Euros which is 3 times the amount they have mentioned. When contacted they tole me its because messages above 160 characters is considered additional message. Fair enough. I checked the message it was only 151 characters but still they charged 3 times i.e. for 3 messages. Problems:

1. They are charging more than what they show on website, which I consider as lying to their customers.

2. They have also not mentioned in their pricing that sms with more than 160 will be charges extra.

3. Also, they stopped replying and I cannot also reply to their support as soon as I mentioned the actual character length of my message.

4. Their minimum recharge is for 15 Euros so I cannot even use the remaining balance outside their services if I don't want to user their services anymore.

This whole scenario questions their ethics. I would call them a soft scam where they did provide the services but are lying about it.
