Hi Jack, thanks for taking the time to review us. As we have just recently started shipping orders to the USA our shipping times are not the same as Canadian ones listed on the site. You placed your order on January 19 and as promised we shipped the order out within 24 hours. The shipment left on January 20 with Fedex and has a planned delivery date of January 27. We promise a delivery of about 3-6 business days for all of Canada so you being in Michigan, USA we thought we were not doing too bad (even within our listed promise!)... Unfortunately my test was lost somehow…
Unfortunately my test was lost somehow and went to the wrong depot. It took a week to arrive and I had needed it earlier.
Fedex was extremely frustrating - there was no way to speak with anyone and I received 3 calls every morning telling me my package was ready for pick up in Alberta.Even waking me up early one morning.
Thankfully I was able to email Proofofentry and receive a couple of emails back stating that they were looking into it and apologizing for the delay I appreciated the excellent customer service as it was not Proofofentry's mistake but I wouldn't use Fedex. I will keep this test for future use, if needed Thankyou for yourcustomer service.

Easy and cheap but a little risky, in my opinion!
It was easy and came to the door fast! However I blew it, by scanning the QR code before I needed to…
Once I realized that I had blown the opportunity, I saw the warning of the package that said ‘do not scan the QR code until you are ready to take the test’. I felt the warning was not big enough!
So I had one left for my boyfriend and had to pay 6x as much (and inconvenient) for myself.
When the airline employee checked our tests, she seemed a little confused about the Proofofentry one. In my opinion she let it slide because she recognized the one I had taken.

Thanks for the review Nicole. Sorry to hear your package was delayed. Once we hand it over to Fedex we are somewhat out of control... We also have just switched to a new shipping software system and this gave some issues with tracking and automatic notifications. Not within the 1 hour time frame
We did the tests and they were easy to do but the promised results within an 1 hour time frame were not met. It took 2 1/2 hours to get the results. When I tried to contact them via their chat option there was no response at all. At the end the rests were negative, something that's positive but still: deliver what you promise!
