We used to struggle with scattered data, communication gaps, and limited visibility into our team's day-to-day tasks. And then we came across ProofHub.

Initially, I signed up for its 14 days free trial to see how things work and whether the team find it useful. Honestly, I was amazed without much training. ProofHub brings everything together in one place, making it easy to plan campaigns, assign tasks, track timelines, share feedback, and communicate with each other.

The one feature that I find especially helpful is the native proofing tool. It allows me to collaborate with the team on creative assets, suggests design changes, and finalize things on the go. Now with ProofHub, I no longer gave to chase every other person for updates. I get to see everything in one place.

ProofHub has been a game-changer for our remote team, offering everything we need to streamline operations. Its comprehensive traits proved to be invaluable for us. Whether it's planning projects, managing tasks, tracking progress, sharing files, leaving feedback, or communicating and collaborating, our team is more organized and efficient than ever.

ProofHub is super easy to use. It has everything my team needs to deliver and manage projects efficiently. There is no miscommunication and scatteredness anymore. With its clear structure, there is greater transparency and better control over who accesses what. Personally, I really like the ability to leave feedback directly on tasks, leaving no scope for confusion and ensuring quick updates.

It doesn’t have a free version available but only a 14-day free trial. However, even the trial duration was enough for us to test its capabilities and suitability for our team.

Being a team operating in a remote working setup, transparency and accountability were the two major concerns for us. And that’s the reason, ProofHub stood out as the best choice. It delivers us on every end, centralizing all our projects, teams, and assets too at an affordable price.

I made a post 3 months ago on Reddit asking for alternatives to the software my keyboard uses.
Today, after the topic had long since gone dead, the digital marketing executive of ProofHub decided it was time to revive my post with a shill pitch for what is a $89 a month software.
The link led me to a listicle listing alternatives for my specific keyboard's software, ranking ProofHub number 1.... .... .... hosted on ProofHub's own website.

At $89 a month, the software better come with tiny robots to clean my keyboard every night.
That said, this sort of marketing has made sure that both I and several people I have talked to about the hilarious absurdity of this have put ProofHub on our list of things never to use.

Before we signed into ProofHub, my entire team relied on Google Sheets and emails for our day-to-day project management practices. Little did we know that we could ever escape the high-key rows and columns and tangled email threads.

Its intuitive interface was quite convenient to onboard my team members, and they pretty quickly gelled it into their work routine.
It made it very easy for them to access the entire project lifecycle in one single space. We could create any number of projects, assign them to more than one team member, and invite clients directly via a link.
Another thing that made all of our lives easy was that we were able to communicate in real time with its in-built chat. Also, with its integration capabilities every team member could collaborate directly on documents and no one was moving through the corridors to get clarification on messages or feedback sent over emails.
It is my first experience with a project management tool after Google Sheets, and I couldn't have asked for more.

Unfortunately we started using Proofhub. Set up all of our templates and spent time training. It was going great. A few strange design issues such as having start dates for tasks but no ability to group by start dates and no ability to group by project and then list, but nothing you cant live with.

It went downhill over a week ago when the team kept reporting errors when connecting to the app. It either wouldn't load their tasks, wouldn't allow them to complete tasks or would simply time out. This has got worse over the last week. We are a business using proofhub to manage our workload. This has caused us severe issues. They have acknowledged server issues and said they disabled their chat feature to resolve it this morning. This did not fix the issue and another day of constant connection issues.

Their service status page still shows everything as operational and has throughout the last week. This is not true when they have acknowledged a known issue. Where are the comms to tell people what the issue is and when it will be fixed. Good comms when having issues is such a basic requirement of good software providers.

You can only email. No other method of communicating issues and all you get back are standard replies such as:

"Thanks for writing in.
I really apologize for the inconvenience caused.
The issue has been reported to the backend team and they are looking into it.
Do let us know if you need further assistance"

Not much help when I and my team cannot effectively manage any of our projects!

ProofHub helps us be more organized. With a Kanban board view, Gantt charts, and the calendar view, it is easy for my team to analyze their work progress. We find ourselves working well in sync because of this tool.

It has replaced numerous software platforms and provides integration to the software platforms we use daily. But I feel like there could be more tools the product could be integrated with. But great changes with ProofHub happen regularly so I expect some great integrations to come soon.

For a team that relied on meetings alone to keep people informed, ProofHub has been a great help in keeping the team on the same page. There are no doubts and no one feels out of the loop anymore.

I would highly recommend using this tool as ProofHub helped us meet deadlines and visualize our goals in more than one way. Because of this tool, we can utilize time better and are able to meet deadlines more easily.

It's a great project management tool with amazing feature rich environment.

ProofHub is amazing because it makes everything so easy.

The app's integration with Google Drive and Shift makes it easy to use for every team member.

ProofHub became a central location for all our project files, tasks, documents, conversations, time tracking, and reporting, etc.

Everyone stays on the same page and work just flows without confusion and conflict.

I have been using ProofHub for 13 to 14 months (as of this review).

The main reason for using ProofHub has been to interact with customers on their projects, which I think is the standout reason for using ProofHub in the first place. This system is built around company-client interaction and even team interactions.

I have noticed, the OLD system has been slowing down lately and new features have been lacking. BUT, they just launched the beta of a newly revamped ProofHub that is far superior and loads at lightening speed.

** Areas NEW ProofHub+ that can be improved:

1. Move Forward and Backward from task to task (Back + Forward arrows) without leaving the task view.

2. Bulk Select and Modify Tasks, which was an issue from the last version.

3. The timers are still not very user friendly. Allow us to use third party timers that integrate into ProofHub. Or, have an independent pop-up timer that functions like the Harvest or Toggl timers

4. Better Notification Management: There is a real need to be able to (a) Mark All Read (b) Mark as Unread (c) Star Prioritize a Notification (d) Filtering options for Notifications 'By Project,' 'By Category,' 'by Urgency,' and 'by People.'

5. Administrators need direct LIVE CHAT with ProofHub support. Not the pretend chat that only takes you to an FAQ page.

6. There needs to be a Ticket system, where customers and team members can submit a ticket to the Projects Leader (assigned) and/or Company Administrator (Us).

7. Ability to Upload files into the folders setup under the Files area from anywhere in ProofHub (eg. Comments, Tasks, Sub-Tasks).
