Shame about the choice of carrier!

Interested to know why you want a review for a delivery not yet received. I've had no info from your carrier (Evri) since Saturday. Telling me the delivery was delayed! No further tracking info available! Either deliver tomorrow or cancel and refund my order. I'd sooner pay more elsewhere for a reliable delivery. Had I known "Evri" was your carrier, I would not have placed the order!

Lacking customer service

Ordered an item and paid for express delivery well in time for Father's day. 7 days later still no item or confirmation email. Emailed the company with no response so had to call. When I called I was then told the item is actually out of stock and discontinued. Apparently I was meant to be contacted but nobody did. Poor customer service. Will not be ordering again

Grey plastic bamboo fencing

The product looks good however there are no fitting instructions or fixings with the fencing so a little disappointed. Also we wanted to order some more but were told there out of stock & lead in time could be 3 months. So we can't put up the fencing at the moment.
I hope we get the rest of the fencing we require otherwise its £55 down the drain
