Order some packaging products received in 3 days very very poor quality. Contacted them for a return and refund. They were advertising on there website as Hassle Free returns in bold. So I emailed them for a free return and how to do this. So Crafty sent me a reply where do they advertise on their website for free returns asking me to notify them as they don't offer free returns. When I checked on their website they removed the caption which was visible on every page of pronto direct. Good thing I screen shot the web page and circled and emailed them. so many people they have fooled using this catchy adverting gimmick. When they were pointed out about this and to accept their responsibility for a free return refused to do so and rather sent me lengthy email to pay for returns and make sure ............to send them in original packaging.... labels.....the way the products arrived....keep a proof of postage.... in nutshell excuses excuses not to refund. Scammers...

Scoring as I have above enables a little room for improvement. Not in reflection to a single area but in all fields no matter how good a service provided may be.
What made my experience a great one was the fact that even though the order I placed wasn’t of great value and quantity it was still treated as though it was!
From the time of ordering right up to the time these particular items were delivered and received at the nominated address it was dealt with promptly & was extremely informative throughout the shipping process which is why I would most definitely use Pronto direct’s service again in the near future.
Very friendly and professional service in the approach to the customers requirements and requests.

The product is good quality and was delivered on time.

My order arrived in good condition & within the date quoted without any issues. To be totally honest I was a little disappointed with the quality of the fleece. It wasn't the cheapest one or the most expensive I'd seen. It will do for now, it will only be used if it gets chilly while playing bowls.
