Jenna Briggs at Promotion Products was an absolute dream to work with as we tried to get some branded merchandise manufactured with a very quick turnaround before an important networking conference. She went above and beyond to offer a super speedy turnaround, on-the-day design advice and tweaks, and a beautiful product that was, in part, the result of her help and design suggestions. The branded mint tins we ordered were a massive success as they looked sleek and elegant, and were a standout amongst more common branded items at the conference. I would highly recommend working with Jenna on any promotion products, as her outstanding commitment to customer service and effortless can-do attitude makes her the kind of person that you want to leave a glowing review for. And while I can't speak to the full range of products that Promotion Products offers, the sugar free mint tins we ordered were of great quality and value for money - I would recommend those for sure.

We purchased 2000 of the transparent tote bags for our female staff for International Woman's Day. Chris and the team were able to fast track the order complete with IWD branding to receive in time for celebrations. Due to the nature of our work, personal belongings brought on the processing floor must be contained in transparent bag / container, the size and the quality of the product was a hit! We ordered a number of marketing materials from Chris at Promotion Products. The range of merchandise was huge and pricing really good. After placed the order, we were kept updated re delivery which was also really quick. We now use Chris for all our merchandising needs as we know we’ll get great service, quickly and at a really good price!

Excellent service by Jenna. Requested various quotes before deciding on our final order. Each request was responded to quickly with a detailed vision Board. Items ordered were produced & delivered promptly & accurately. Overall great experience.
