Always available and ready to help. Very efficient. Fluent in french and english. I appreciated a lot their support, that lasted even when I had left Italia. I definitely recommand Prometheas.
Excellent service!
Always ready to support, kind and helpful.
Perfect service provider to support you for everything utilities - I have relocated to Milan in 2020 during the pandemic and this amazing young company took care of all the process related to my utilities. After a year, I had to relocate again and this time they were there to close all utilities and deal with providers for meter readings etc...without any additional cost! Any time I got an email from providers in Italian and I did not have any idea on what to do, I sent them an email and got super friendly replies within 24 hours, always helpful, clear and to the point. I recommend Prometheas to all relocation companies and agents!!!
