I could give this company zero stars. Upon inquiring about services from Promerchant, Jeremy P. seemed incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my questions. I decided to begin the application process that required a lengthy amount of information. Given my specific business and the products I sell, the application process was very long and drawn out. I didn’t mind gathering all the information that was needed, my issues are with how Jeremy’s approach to obtaining my business, changed. Every time he emailed me the “tone” was very kurt and uninterested. My last email from him, stated that the approval team was ready to move forward seeing that he was provided with a voided check and another piece of information from me. I got him the information that was needed. And that was the last I heard from him (5 weeks ago). I reached out to him to request he discard my application, his response was “we already withdrew your application.”

I don’t appreciate the level of fakeness that was used in the beginning to obtain my business and my personal information. My gut tells me that once the application got a little bit more complicated than he’d rather deal with he withdrew his interest in moving forward. Not to mention the sheer lack of communication is totally unprofessional. If my application was withdrawn, I believe I was in the right to know when and why he chose to do that. In the beginning of our conversation, while he was trying to sell me on this company, he was very adamant about mentioning over and over again, about how attentive his company was, and how he had so many representatives standing by ready, and willing to serve me. Turns out that couldn’t be further from the truth.

I got a merchant service through ProMerchant Davonte was really helpful and he helped me get the lowest rates. I like it because it transparent I definitely recommend.

I recently signed up for ProMerchants services and I love that I received great customer service from Davonte. Great low rates and no monthly fees sold me. I recommend ProMerchant to anyone starting a food truck business like I did!

Overall, I would say Dana Brand made my experience with ProMerchant a big win. Her follow thru and genuine willingness to help a customer was what won me over from doing business with another vendor. Beyond that the ease and prompt service of the delivery was top notch. I would highly recommend.

Horrible company I wish I read the reviews prior to be convinced by the sales lady they they were a great company. They are now holding my funds telling me they’re auditing the account smh I sent all supporting documents to include closing statements. I should have just went with my local bank. Lesson learned

I had a good experience with Pro Merchant. I got the company information on Google, when I called, Peter took the call. Peter has rock star customer service skills, and provided me all the informations that I needed to process my company Merchant Account, and I got the approval in just a few days. I am so satified with the service I received.

I was working with Peter to get a credit card terminal for my business and he made the process smooth and enjoyable. He took his time explaining the numbers to me in a way that made sense and answered any questions I had. He was kind, informative, and patient with me. Dana was an amazing help, she answered all of my questions and was very patient walking me through the application process. When I wanted a bit more time to research, she didn't pressure me into a sale and called me back promptly when I left a message.
