Pleasant when ordering - Turned order around same day - had it the next! I was very pleasantly surprised.

Went with ProLighting because they had good prices on made in usa gear, and the made in usa was highlighted. Although the main page made in usa link did not show simkar, that's what I bought, and am happy with the price, shipping, and experience. I found simkar on prolighting via google.

Item matched need perfectly

I did not receive a notification of back order, I needed to go into the site and find out for myself and then there was no ETA so I had no idea if or when I would receive the items paid for.
Follow-up communication is all that is required

Package arrived and bulb was intact. It fit and worked as it should.The problem I had was extremely slow shipping.

I requested a return authorization and have yet to get a response. I was told via the return tab on the web site that I would be receiving an email shortly with the information on the return procedures. That was four days ago. What is shortly? I would consider shortly within 24 hours! Still waiting to hear from them. I think they are waiting until their thirty day return policy ends and then I won't be able to get a refund.

1/2 my order was fulfilled and its been over 4 weeks. Their site shows in stock but some items are actually on backorder.
The 1/2 that was fulfilled was as promised and at a great price.

We purchased three pendant lights for our barn upgrade project. They came on time, we simple to install and provide great light for the barn. Just what we had in mind. They also were delivered on time which was important for us since we had a schedule to meet.
