It was an excellent service, professional information and I am really happy with everything. I would recommend the screen and the company to anyone who would like a screen that matches their projector.

I purchased an economy screen which arrived with a fault. I needed a screen urgently so I spoke to a person (not a machine!) in customer service. They could not have been more helpful and a replacement was sent by express delivery. This company was a pleasure to deal with and I can give them a first class recommendation

I needed to find a projector to fit a certain sized wall and from a certain distance - their online calculator enabled me to easily adjust my room and wall design to suit the projector i wanted. Communication was great with rapid responses to my email queries. Would definitely use this company again.

Awful experience purchasing from this seller on Amazon. Item initially sent to incorrect address then item resent and missed delivery date given.

I recently purchased a Samsung LSP7T projector from Visunext, the service was spot on, although the projector is delivered from Germany I still received it as told in 5 days, Shaun who works in sales was available by phone straight away and was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout. The price was brilliant (£1999,99) I have the projector set up in a dark room onto a white wall and the picture is fantastic at 100in, I would highly recommend if you are looking to buy to use this company, top class from start to finish.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. I ordered a 170 inch screen from them in March 21. Due to covid delays, the screen was not installed until September 21. After installation a fault was found on the screen. Shane could not have been more helpful to resolve the situation. Top guy and top company.

I could be not be more happy with these guys and they have definitely gone way above and beyond to help me. Just before Christmas I stupidly broke my screen while moving. They immediately tracked a replacement bracket for me and sent it via UPS. When it arrived it was the wrong one as my screen was so old. Shane very kindly looked round the office but couldn't find one so he dismantles a screen and in the office and send me the spares free of charge. This guys are amazing and I cant recommend them enough. I have also bought a projector from them and again there honesty to what I needed was spot on and actually saved me money in the end. I have recommended them to many friends and family and will continue to do so.

Checked website for delivery information for Northern Ireland. Stated standard UK deliveries with surcharge for Highlands and Channel Islands. Placed order fine. Was cancelled shortly after as they don't deliver to Northern Ireland. Waste of time and energy.

Staff are very helpful and prices are good however bear in mind this company is based in Germany not UK, this is not mentioned on the website at all and should be clear, Norfolk is just an office. Products ship from Germany- where they can sit around for a week after Visunext post them before even crossing the channel, then you can't trust the UPS estimated delivery date/time which bears little resemblance to shipment reality- my tracker told me to expect a specific time window so I stayed in, however when this time came it hadn't even reached the uk yet. Be prepared to wait for your goods!...

Bought a Benq projector and the service I received from my initial call was second to none. I've been shopping around for the model I wanted and they managed to give me a better deal than anywhere else. The projector arrived the following day after paying for a fast delivery. There was a small issue with the plug supplied but they resolved it immediately and also compensate me for the hassle. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new projector.
